Milky Way is great. I usually get a vanilla coke or a vanilla sprite. Their galaxy fries are really good. I ask them to make them with their curly fries. I recently had their buffalo chicken taco, which is new, and it was good. You must try a strawberry ice or a black raspberry ice. They are both such a threat. My only complaints are that because the workers are usually teenagers, sometimes the food is made poorly and service lacks.

I used to love this place but I go there today and I order a breaded tenderloin with everything on it and onion rings and my husband ordered and all meat burrito. The tenderloin was burnt you couldn’t taste any meat at all just burnt and hard and very thin and the onion rings had so much dough on them which made them huge and they didn’t cook all the way through which made them doughy and the burrito was like eating a bean soft shell taco and the service wasn’t that great either.

I reached out to Milkyway due to lots of debris in the bottom of my cup. They sent out a gift card in with an apology. I normally give second chances, so I head in there again in hopes this time will be better. After receiving my drink and food, I head home and open my cup only to find a FINGER NAIL in my drink. Immediately threw everything away and will never return to this business. Hawaiian Shaved Ice will for now on be my place to go.

Yesterday we stopped by to buy some milkshakes at this place and received a nice gesture from the guys who work there. We were returning from the park and were traveling with our dogs. When they gave us the milkshakes, they also gave us some canine ice cream for our dogs. The truth is that they made us feel very happy. Thank you very much, guys, and congratulations for your special treatment. We will continue buying our milkshakes here.

Honestly horrible, me and my family have been going here for years to go see Christmas lights. Has fallen off tremendously! They missed half of our order and they weren’t very kind about it, she didn’t talk to us at all just dirty looks, after complaining 2 times about our order being wrong they still messed it up, we asked for nacho cheese on our hot dogs and got shredded, we ordered pepper poppers, pickle chips, and Mac and cheese nuggets, and they forgot every single one. We will not be returning after this experience.

Not busy, service was a bit slow. Only one order at a time. You order, you get your food, then they take the next order. May have been short staffed on a mid-week evening, so giving the benefit of the doubt here. Other than that, everything was excellent.

I’ve been here twice and both times the lady who took my order was rude and aggressive. She snapped at both me and my friend, gave me the wrong order, and then told me it was my fault. She also told my friend her order was “too difficult” because she asked for a flurry with chocolate ice cream instead of vanilla. Someone who acts like that shouldn’t be in customer service and sure as hell didn’t match the kindness we were shown by all other employees. This is embarrassing. Do better.
