Got here at about 7:30am it opens at 7am. I was the only person here. I was NEVER greeted as the employees talked about drive through time so I ordered from the self service, then proceeded to sit as I was dining in. See pictures for reference but the place was dirty from top to bottom…. But hey the food was hot and probably good I just couldn’t finish it after only a few bites bc I was distracted by the filth. Personally I wouldn’t even open a store until it was ready for customers. And I’d ALWAYS greet my guests. Thumbs down for me.

I Door Dashed from this location after a very long work shift, the quality was horrific. I didn’t catch either of their names I apologize, but the worker who greeted me and got the manager when returning the items were absolutely wonderful. The manager did everything she possibly could to make it right ,she even threw in some extra little treats and a beverage . Thank you both for your kindness!

I placed a pickup order at this location and the order was ready when I arrived just minutes later. I decided to eat indoors to warm up from the chilly weather outside and ended up staying longer than anticipated while getting some studying done. They were very hospitable, a couple workers even going out of their way to make sure I had refills, enough food, and even making sure I had a ride. I never felt rushed and was very thankful for that. I should have asked for their names, but I appreciate the ladies working tonight as they were all very considerate and kind.

I visited this location on 3/5/26 at around 10 PM. I don’t know if the staff was having a bad night but that does not excuse the numerous mistakes. I have worked in resturaunts for years and this is ridiculous. Items left out of the order, empty chip/cinnamon twist bags in our food bag, and multiple items messed up. I can name a completely ugly looking 5 layer beefy burrito that look like someone had squeezed it and my quesadilla with the completely wrong protein in it. Five cars waited around the building for their order to be completed and our order had even been swapped with another customer originally. I understand mistakes happen but to leave people unsatisfied and hungry is horrible.

I normally go to this location because it’s closer to where I live. However, this location is very inconsistent when it comes to getting the ingredients on orders right. At least twice in the last month, I have deselected ingredients on the kiosk, only to get my food and include the ingredients I have selected. I like going to the Glenbrook location better.

I’m a delivery driver and I go to every single place in the city and this is probably the slowest place that I have seen for night service. They need to put more people on the shifts they do enough business that they could have a significantly bigger staff and they do. At the prices at Taco Bell has plus the business that this place does take it easily double or triple their staff. The other taco bells are much faster and this place is ridiculously ridiculously slow. The other issue is you can’t get out of the drive-thru because of the way it’s built so it just backs up once I get behind they can’t clear the lines fast enough because they don’t have enough people. Like I said though I go to the other Taco Bell on Indian Lake and this isn’t an issue. It’s just a specific taco bell. If you’re a customer I would completely avoid this place and just go to the other one.

I just sat in line for 20 minutes to get my order taken. Ask to pull to the side after I paid and had been sitting there a good 5 minutes. I did after 15 minutes of waiting for my food and them bringing food out to other people who were behind me I just left I’ll report it to my credit card cuz I didn’t get nothing. Two tacos and a burrito!!!! How hard is that. I tell you what I worked at a Taco Bell when I was younger. We didn’t have these kind of problems and we didn’t make the kind of pay that they do these days either. It’s like nobody wants to work anymore or they don’t know what they’re doing. Worse experience ever. I could you not, it took me 40 minutes for to get two crunchy tacos, and they still managed to mess up my order by giving one crunchy and another soft taco ♀️ Management was terrible, there was two people in front of me and it took 40 minutes to even get to the window were you received the tacos. Oh, AND they didn’t even put tomatoes and barely any lettuce on my taco!! I’d rather drive 20 minutes out to a better taco bell than this mess, if I could, I would rate a 0

I just left this Taco Bell on this Friday night, and they were slammed. People coming in the restaurant as well as a line of cars that you’d expect at 10 o’clock on Friday night.
I don’t know their names, it was a girl and a guy at the window, and they remained so professional and kind throughout the rush of a late night filled with Taco Bell cravings
The girl ran to make sure people got their orders just a bit quicker, showing true dedication to doing a good job. I’ve seen people before walk and pout, but these two worked so hard.
Management, I want to say you did well hiring these two. I also want to say – give them some help to handle the rush on these types of nights.
If you’re hungry (or hangry), I get it, it’s annoying to wait. But I hope everyone understands that handling a dinner rush with only 1-2 people taking orders is stressful.
5 stars for them, and I hope you get the recognition for your hard work now and in the future.

A typical taco bell restaurant. I can’t say much about the inside because I used the drive through. It had been a hectic weekend with lots going on and I hadn’t had a chance to eat much…so off to the Bell I went for a late night Mexican pizza. I little sloppy in the presentation, but what can I really expect. One of the better, cleaner chain restaurants…Hendersonville tends to be better as these places go.
