Ordered Yakisoba chicken with extra vegetables. It was a to go order. Got home and NO CHICKEN!!! Called and they said they couldn’t do anything because I asked for extra veggies. Very rude when I called to complain. Take a picture if your order for pick up as the receipt on your bag doesn’t include specifics of your order either. Manger called me back and she was very pleasant and wanted to make it right. She shared a photo that showed yakisoba vegetables with extra vegetables. Not sure how the order change, maybe when the comment added extra vegetables it changed it to vegetables. Either way will take a pic of my original order from now on. I appreciated the good customer service from the manager. I will try them again as the Food is very good!

So bad its basically a scam. My tuna was inedible, id have sent it back, but to what end? Sorry but never ever again. Im pretty if i dont get food poisoning itll be because divine intervention.

Quite possibly the worst Japanese food I have ever eaten. Poor quality ingredients, off-tasting sauces, and sloppy presentation – look at the rolls just randomly thrown on the plate. The young lady serving us was nice and efficient and the donburi was pretty good. Miso soup had almost no flavor. Eel roll inedible. Salmon was so thin and overcooked, it was like eating overcooked, teriyaki soaked, jerky.

For first time sushi goers, I reccomend this for the chill air about the staff and the quiet peace that can be found dining here.

Walked in at 8:30 this evening wanting to order take out. I waited over 5 minutes before the server came to the front. I smiled and said I was hoping to order two rolls for take out. She replied, we don’t take orders after 8:15. I said surprisingly, as I turned to leave, I said quietly, “I’m sorry, I didn’t know, it would be helpful if that was on the website”. The reply to me as I’m walking out was “that’s only common sense”. I asked her to repeat what she said surprised she would be so rude to someone just asking to order take out. She said, “do you see any fish in the window? It’s rude to come in 20 minutes before closing to order food.”
I explained that as a customer, I wasn’t trying to be rude by sitting down to eat late in their evening, and that I had gotten there around 8:30, about 30 minutes of their advertised closing time. She replies “yes, I saw you from the cameras in the back, you got here a few minutes after 8:30.” I asked why she felt compelled to be aggressively rude, she said I’m matching your energy. I again said, “you’re misreading me, were just going round in circles”. I opened my phone browser and pointed out their online advertising and explained, “here, this is where you should let the consumer know you don’t prepare for orders after 8:15, or post on your front door.”.
She said she’d let the owners know. I never raised my voice, I wasn’t rude. I was on a call during this encounter with a colleague on my handsfree talking about what to order, she overheard the disappointing exchange.
Please do better on who you hire Mimojis.

I’m writing this review to remind myself, never come here. The waitress was rude, had an attitude, and did not make us feel welcomed. We felt like we were an inconvience. Even after being seated we were ignored and eventually left after no one even tried to aknowledge us. I will never eat where I do not feel welcome.

Given that I was the last order, I understand the attitude that was given by the employee who was most likely tired.
What I don’t understand is how wrong they got my order. The only thing that was correct was the katsu I ordered. Other than that it was all wrong.
I ordered a Salem roll, spicy tuna roll and spicy yellowtail roll but received a Philadelphia roll , California roll, and very poor Salem roll.
Safe to say that I won’t be coming back. Waste of $56.

Wonderful establishment 5 stars I had to wait an extra 10 minutes for my food delivery order but they were very apologetic and they offered me a free soup and beverage. Wonderful staff, wonderful management, the soup was delicious and I already know their sushi is excellent! Blessings.

Great sushi place every time we’ve been! If you’re looking for a solid sushi experience this is the stop! They have a wide selection of rolls and bento boxes. Good quality meat and ingredients. Wonderful service and a very quiet and calm atmosphere!
