I continued to come here after I saw a cockroach on my table. I continued to come here after a long black hair was in my pasta. But I draw the line when a sharp (wood piece?) poked my mouth while I was eating. Come on guys. Do better. The pasta is mediocre at best but there’s not a lot of places around here to get it and it’s still pretty good.

I’ve been ordering here for years and I can definitely tell something has changed in the best way. I heard there’s a new GM and it really shows. I ordered the pad Thai like I always do and this time it was AMAZING honestly the best I’ve had here. I just wanted to call and say I really appreciate the improvement!

Food was pretty salty, but not horrible. The worst part about this experience was an employee coming from the kitchen out the door in the lobby, smoking a cigarette outside and if he didn’t go out in the lobby, he brought all of The smoke with him and for a non-smoker to be trying to enjoy dinner and get engulfed in a cigarette smell it was a bad experience. 8:37 pm 2/7/2026

Had never been to a noodles company before… Decided to stop on in. The sign on the front door said that due to staffing shortages they were ONLY taking mobile to go orders… sorry, but if your main priority when you have a sit down restaurant is the only cater to people who aren’t actually there, then you get a one star and we will never try to go to a noodles and Company again. When you have a staffing shortage, the people that you should take into consideration first or the customers that actually show up to eat at your restaurant. Not someone sitting on their phone from their home deciding what they wanna do for dinner.

I attempted to eat here for lunch today. I ordered the buffalo mac and cheese without onions. Once it came out, I immediately noticed it was made incorrectly so I sent it back. Then I waited, and waited, and waited. Mind you, I’m on my lunchbreak. So, after a half hour waiting for my food, I went to the register to request a refund for the food I did not get and was promptly told “No.” That’s it. “No, we will not issue a refund.” The way I look at it, is that’s theft. So, I left and got food elsewhere since they had no intention of either providing me with the food I ordered or my money back. The way I see it, this restaurant owes me $16.70 for my lunch that I still did not get. Absolutely insane!

The food here is tasty and there are a fair amount of menu selections. I didn’t think the value for the portion was quite right. You’re spending over $10 for a regular size, but then add $3 on top of it for a fountain drink. This adds up pretty fast if you’re buying for a family of five. We’ve tried it twice. It’s okay.

First time visit… definitely will be returning, was out exploring local places to eat and this place looked interesting, so glad I stopped in… I had the Japanese pan noodles and my wife had the cavatappi lemon parmesan with shrimp, also the pot stickers and korean bbq meatballs were great… definitely a good choice.

This location is what you would expect from most Noodles & Company locations. The food is good and worth the visit. The drink selection is through a coca-cola freestyle machine.

Ordered for delivery with double shrimp on a salad, which is checked off on the slip, and instead got zero shrimp on my salad.
