It’s February 2026 and i have been going here over 40 years. I ordered the 30$ special seafood organata. Undercooked on top but tasty. MY PROBLEM IS and why i will never return is, i ordered 2 appetizers to go for my son and the mozzarella sticks each and every one was a hollow shell!
I had to call and drive all the way back. I politely said the line cook has no excuse the fry basket had to be loaded with cheese. The OWNER GAVE NO APOLOGIES AND THREW THE replacement order on the counter and said impossible all his chefs have 30 years experience. It was before 4 pm not dinner rush and I guess all the 20 something year olds coming in and out of kitchen have 30 years experience.
Unfortunately I will NEVER RETURN there again. Pretty sad to not take responsibility and then lie about your staff.

Called for a reservation, but they do not offer that option, so that was disappointing. Upon arrival, the very sweet, helpful hostess at the podium said it would be about a 20-minute wait. We waited maybe 10 minutes and were seated at a booth, which we requested, which was nice. My husband tried a slice of regular pizza for an appetizer, and he said it was excellent. He ordered the veal parmagiana and penne with meat sauce. The veal portion was generous, with 2 large veal cutlets. He enjoyed it. I had the Seafood Oreganata, which included 4 shrimp, 4 baked clams, and a piece of flounder stuffed with crab meat and scallops. It was delicious. I had a salad instead of pasta as a side. Our server was also friendly and provided great service; drink refills were quick. For a busy Friday night during Lent, we had an overall wonderful experience.

Easy to see right off of Sunrise Highway servicing Bohemia and the adjoining areas of Suffolk County. Plenty of parking and a wheelchair accessible entrance. Clean facilities. Pizzeria and a restaurant. Big portions and a nice staff. Reasonably priced. Credit cards accepted. We will definitely be going back.

I don’t know what happened to this place, but me and my wife ate at this place. I picked it up, I ordered before pickup.
I didn’t get what I was supposed to pick up. And it was cold like frozen Pizza from the freezer.
When you order something, you’re supposed to get it. Not think that it’s gonna be cold. The place went downhill.

Although there are places much closer to us, our family goes out of our way to have Saviano’s cater our Christmas Eve dinner every year. The food is hot, fresh, and ready for us to pick up, on time, every time.

I’m from the Atlanta GA area up here working. I wanted to try the infamous New York Pizza. I must say the Pizza is Awesome. I also had the Broccoli Pin Wheel. That is by far the best thing I have had. Phenomenal Place.

First time here, don’t know why it took me so long to visit this Italian Restaurant.
We arrived at 6 pm , we were seated quickly by two friendly hostesses.
Our server was a nice , sweet patient woman. We ordered the stuffed mushroom’s appetizer. They came out piping HOT & delicious.
We ordered two Lenten pasta and fish dishes for dinner. The shrimp scampi over capellini in scampi sauce was awesome. Although the shrimp were small. The mussels marinara was off the chart. We never made it to dessert because we were very full and both had left overs from our entrees.
I recommend Savino’s for a nice Italian meal.
Oh by the way. Took home a slice of the upside down Sicilian Pizza. Oh yeah well worth that as a night time snack.

The environment, service and especially the food is just top tier. Authentic Italian food. The drinks such as the peach sangria were delicious! Highly recommend!
