This Arby’s is always a great choice! The team working there is super friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious and tasted fresh. The dining area and restrooms were very clean, which I really appreciate. It’s clear they run a tight ship. Highly recommend this location!

Tried the new steak nuggets and was really disappointed! For $5.49, I expected something juicy and flavorful, but these didn’t even taste like steak. The texture and flavor were more like a dry roast or mystery meat. As you can see, the pieces were small, uneven, and overcooked. The taste was pretty bland , definitely not worth the price. Arby’s usually does better, but these were a miss for me.

Arby’s delicious new menu item, Cheesesteak sandwich has been “Temporarily Unavailable” for over a month. That’s very disappointing because the garlic-pepper-cheese sauce on it was fabulous!

Beware customers of the Harrison Rd, Cincinnati, Arbys if you order their White Cheddar Mac ‘n Cheese.

My favorite item, White-Cheddar Mac ‘n Cheese was ruined by an employee at the Harrison Rd location about a month+ ago.

When my 4 ordered cups of M&C were handed to me they contained 1/4 overcooked mushy macaroni on the bottom & 3/4 on top was scalding hot watery cheese sauce that actually sloshed around in the cup. Thankfully, the lid fit tight enuf to prevent me from getting 3rd degree burns just opening it.

When I complained about it & asked for a redo, the employee proceeded to argue with me that I shouldn’t have ordered it via their App, that there was nothing wrong with the way he prepared it, & that he’d eaten some earlier that morning for breakfast with a spoon. When I asked to get 4 properly made cups to replace the 4 he’d served me, he initially refused, saying he couldn’t do that even when I suggested he simply pour off the extra soupy, cheesy sauce, stir it well & then serve it, he said no, again, because the owners would be losing some profit if he wasted (threw away) that sauce.

That he might have to waste some sauce & cost the store a few cents that day was more important to this employee than it was to serve the customer edible, properly made, food & for me to want to return – which I have not done & don’t want to do either.

Have this store’s owners forgotten to impress onto their employees the Golden Rule of Retailing & Restauranting; the customer is always right?

I almost lost my mind with his profit comment to me. When he asked what I wanted him to do, my answer was for him to just ‘make it right’ (I didn’t care how he did it), I simply wanted for him to acknowledge me & the inconvenience & the improperly made & served food. I never heard anything close to an apology that day. He’d have preferred that day to die on the hill rather than admit to me that day that yes, customer, we/I prepared them incorrectly this a.m, give me a second & I’ll make them right, or give me a second & I’ll fix them.

He finally figured it out. He took less than 2 minutes (no other customers were around) & poured the extra watery-soupy-cheesey sauce out of the cups, stirred & served them to me. I was both happy to get my food & happy to get home. I haven’t been back. Even if I am near this location & even if I’m craving their Mac ‘n Cheese, I drive somewhere else to get it.

Franchise owners, please keep in mind & teach your employees about profit, how it’s made & the Golden Rule of Retailing & Restauranting. And, please make your White Cheddar Mac ‘n Cheese a permanent menu item, not a seasonal one (by the way, the seasons for it are fall & winter, not spring & summer). SMH

Edited 4-5 months later – I go out of my way to avoid even driving by the Harrison Rd store. Just the thought of them serving food the way they did that day left some memories that may last a lifetime.

Takes this place like 15 minutes to make one order just for the food to be bland and dry. Gas station food would taste similar for half the price.

Whatever you do, don’t get the steak nuggets . They don’t even taste like steak. It’s actually a horrible taste and texture I really can’t put my finger on. I wasted almost $6 on them today and wish I would’ve went with my mind on not getting them . Pictures are deceiving. Definitely not worth a single penny . Idk who taste tested those and thought to put them on the menu, but I suggest getting your tastebuds checked . Yikes . Stick to the usual things Arby’s sells . You’ll fully regret buying those steak bites

by’s (Western Hills area ) was excellent! I will definitely be back. The food was fresh and warm. The employee was so nice; he talked to my grands. The dining room was nice and clean. I will definitely be back!

Food was good. Received as ordered, well put together. The person taking the order very much lacked any kind of personable skills. Not polite, but not rude. Noticeably unwelcoming, ungrateful and downtrodden. Hope their day improves, but it didn’t improve mine. None the less, we appreciate filling our bellies at a reasonable price and conveniently.

The food is always good and the employees are usually really nice. Another cool thing about this place is that the big Arby’s sign outside has been there since like…the beginning of time. Lol

I asked for a beef and cheddar with extra cheese. Instead they gave me a slide of American cheese, so I went back In to get it fixed. And had the most disrespectful women act like it was my fault even though my receipt even says otherwise.

The fries were hard and cold and I honestly just regret coming here entirely. I would highly suggest going to a different location if you want to eat Arby’s.
