The lady in the front window is absolutely amazing & extremely nice. I will be coming back not just because the tacos were delicious but mainly because of her customer service! Thank you again! I would’ve taken a picture but it was so good I just couldn’t wait to devour my plate! lol

We are new to town & were craving elote!
We found this cute little food truck, it did not disappoint! The woman is so sweet, professional & courteous- they made our food very quickly & it was THE BEST ELOTE we have ever had. We also got a bottled Coca Cola which was real with sugar, not fructose corn syrup!
10/10 will be back to try the other foods & snacks!

I went there for pupusas. They were good but I grew up in a place where there’s a LARGE salvadoran population and those pupusas do not taste like these. Look, I’m totally appreciative of the effort and that they’re putting in and for even offering pupusas but literally every little bit seemed off. The Queso con loroco pupusa barely tasted like Loroco at all. The revuelta had the wrong kind of beans – my guess is pinto. The chicharron con queso was fine but the seasoning was not quite right. The salsa was VERY red closer to a mexican salsa than the kind you’d find with salvadoran food. The curtido actually tasted fine, everyone’s is different and I liked this one even if it was spicy which isn’t usually the case. My only gripe with the curtido was that I got three measly bags for my 8 pupusas. I need like twice as much and now I know to ask for it.
In conclusion, they’re not authentic but if you’re curious about them they give you a good idea of what they’re supposed to be. My guess is that they have a hard time getting the right stuff here since most latin markets seem to cater to a mexican population. If you’re ever given an authentic one after having tried these it’ll blow your mind. 🙂
As for the service, I can see how they come off as rude from the interaction between the lady at the window and the customer in front of me. Her demeanor with me was much nicer I assume it was because I was speaking spanish but maybe I just got lucky.

My children and I visited Bellevue and came across this food truck in a gas station. We bought two sandwiches, which should be costing $19.80 if my calculations are right. Guess what? I checked my account and this people charged me $ 198.54, I called them and no one picked it up so I have to drive about an hour to go there and upon my arrival this woman in the shop told me it wasn’t their shop when the evidence was clearly in front of them from my bank statement. Very rude people!! So when I told them that I needed my refund they told me to go back home that they will go to the bank the next day to g check their account and the will call me back right after they are done with the bank but it’s been three days and I haven’t heard from them. I am going back there tomorrow, and if I don’t get my money, I will come back here to tell the whole world what these people are doing. Please double-check your account whenever you go to swipe your credit card in this food truck. It is very frustrating when people do you dirty and instead of them apologizing to you, they rather get really rude. If there anything below 1 star, I will give them.

The older lady that takes the orders is the rudest lady. She lacks a huge amount of customer service skills. I would recommend people go to another location. She has no patience for those that Spanish is not their first language. Yet get upsets if there is a language barrier and a struggle to order.

The best pupusas ever!!! Tacos and Elote& esquites are also sooooo good!!! The fruit is delicious and fresh I just wish there was more lime on them. One of my favorite places to come eat!!

Best carne asada I’ve had in my life. Delicious, just the right amount of spicy, big portion, steak was cooked perfectly, the ratio of ingredients is perfect. I didn’t know carne asada could even be this good!! Please try this food truck out and support this local business
