I love everything about this restaurant. I’ve never tried anything on the menu I haven’t liked. Tonight I had the New York Steak and it was one of the best steaks I’ve had. Also, the waitress who works weekday evenings is the sweetest. Highly recommend!

Over all experience was amazing. You see now a days Restaurants make you feel it’s a crime to bring your children to dine in, as they were never a child themselves. But this place, Wow let me tell you. They were amazing at there job, making the customer satisfied,giving a hand with my children since I have Irish Triplets, so that was even more amazing. They showed attention to my children even if they could be a little pushy. So I just want to say thank you Chris for making my childrens experience even the much greater., Thank you to all the employees that worked Friday March 31st to try to accommodate my childrens wants as we were down stairs hanging out in the lobby. Thank you for keeping your guys Morals and knowing we are just all Human ,here to help one another. You guys did amazing, you guys are amazing….

VERY slow service. Steak was WAY over cooked…
Went based on the amazing reviews of this place. Got in around 5:45pm… only people there with a sign that had us seat ourselves. No worries…. took about 5 min for the server to take our drink order and had our food order in around 5:55 (daily steak special. Wife got a rustic grilled cheese and soup). Drink was amazing (something not on the menu yet but recommended). Around 6:00 another gentleman came in and ordered a steak from the menu. During the entire time the 3 of us were the only guests. The other guy got his steak around 6:45 and we were told mine was another 10min out (new chef). Our food came out around 6:55… Steak was really over cooked and the whole plate didn’t live up to $29… very disappointed. Server apologized, comped our appetizer, and offer a desert that we declined….

A group of 7 arrived at 7.15pm. 4 separate bills.
It took almost an hour and 15 minutes to get our meals and the place wasn’t even busy.
We sent one meal back because it was cold. Almost like it had been in the fridge for 40 minutes.
French onion soup was a bowl of union’s in warm water. No bread or cheese. Subsequently we didn’t eat that either.
The drinks came out in plastic cups because they were out of glass ones. A beer came out in two plastic cups.
When it came to the bill. She said her computer couldn’t separate the bills, yet she took our orders based on the couples attending.
Just an unbelievable experience, in which we will never repeat. And I mean never. The food was over priced. The food was terrible and the service was even worse.
We have two more nights in the hotel, but we and the 13 other families will be eating elsewhere.

Service was nice, but the food is room service food honestly. Do not recommend.
Edit: I forgot a couple things. My cocktail took longer than expected (they forgot it). Then the drink had too much liquer, didn’t like it, but still drank it. They took it off my bill, I didn’t even ask! That was nice.
Final thing, atmosphere is absolutely awful.

We are locals who have eaten dinner here twice now (thanks to Passport) and a menu that accommodates both adult and kids’ tastes. My friend was happy to get Dead Guy on tap. Both visits involved a seafood main dish, which were tasty and satisfying. The ice cream trio was unusual and delicious. This is situated right next to the hotel lobby and there isn’t much in the way of decor or atmosphere. We also found the service to be friendly but rather slow, given that there were very few diners.

Food is mediocre at best, the cooks have very little experience and food quality is low, more worried about cost than taste. Prep isn’t good, food doesn’t come out hot, just lukewarm and the service is terrible, you’re lucky to get a drink at all much less a refill.

We actually stayed at the hotel and ordered room service (ribeye for me, cheesesteak for him plus desserts and drinks). The medium rare ribeye was as tough as a flank steak…worst I’ve ever had. The fries weren’t horrible but were mostly soaked in juice that diminished their texture. He complained that his cheesesteak was so tough to the point that he dissected it just to eat it. The desserts great. The drinks big and strong. Unfortunately I regret not ordering door dash for the main entrees though.
Hotel is beautiful and staff is amazing…but Sprigs Grille gets two thumbs down from us unfortunately. Don’t have pics to share because not much looked desirable. In hindsight aside from our hunger we should have returned the entrees.

Food was great, service good due to the fact it was 8:30pm when we went in. I think they close at 10pm. The waitress was very polite and helpful as I had my aunty in a wheelchair. She also immediately offered us a 10% discount off our order as we had to listen to a maintenance person vacuum the water leak they had just had.
