Arbys is arbys what can I say? Staff is great and friendly and way nicer than they should ever have to be especially with some of the people in this town. The only reason why I’m giving four stars is because day before yesterday the lady in front of me was being rude and belittling to the drive thru person there was a line of at least 12 people because this karen wanted to make a fuss about 2 packets of arby sauce from the sound of it like if it really that big of a deal why not ho to smiths or walmart and buy some dont hold up a line because you think you’re entitled to things

I ordered a classic roast beef, at 10:15 am they had only been open 15 minutes so the food should be fresh and hot, I got crunch dry old meat that I had to pick off. This happens a lot actually! Then while waiting for food I was answering a txt message and when they gave me my food I thanked them and finished my message before driving away. I was there 45 seconds longer and the manager comes to the window and points for me to move alone even though there wasn’t one person in the drive thru besides me!! Terrible quality food and rude service.. keep up the good work Arby’s! ♀️

I haven’t been to an Arby’s in a while, this visit was great the manager Ben took care of me, not once but twice on the same day haha I came to try out the Crispy Fish & the Fish & Cheddar sandwiches. The sandwiches were great the fish was bigger than most fast food restaurants give so it’s a bang for your buck. My only complaint is how long it takes to get your food.

You know what…? After a full day of driving, we arrived starving. Ordered the new spicy quarter pound pulled pork sandwich. Delicious and filling. The price at 9.00 is reasonable. We didn’t order a Gyro this time, but they usually have been consistently good. Our “server” Ryan, is probably the most friendly fast food worker we’ve ever encountered.

This Arby’s location is horrible! Place was dirty and the guy who took my order was rude as hell not to mention he looked drunk or high outta is fawkin mind with pet hair on his uniform thank gawd he wasn’t cooking..this place needs better management that’s for sure.. really gone down hill

After a travel for 250 miles. Stopped in for a meal, service was great, food was great. The dinning area was very clean. It made feel comfortable. I’m coming back on my next pass through Farmington.

The only reason why i’m giving atmosphere a a one star is because we didn’t go inside. The food was me, okay.The service when we got through there, they were extremely friendly through the door I mean through the little window, I would highly recommend this place to eat.If you’re willing to spend a little bit of extra money than you would at mcdonald’s or say taco bell or something like that

Well I was going to BK for a quick bite then just a block and a half away I saw the sign! Arby’s…that was a no brainer,but I had the Greek sandwich with jalapeños plus curly fries!… mmmm mmm good, in the town I live in (Gallup) they took away Arby’s!…???
