Very professional associate at the window. She was polite and let me know my food was coming soon. The drink delivery and food delivery to the window were excellent. It wasn’t until I pulled away that I noticed the issue. I ordered a small caramel iced latte..I think they put too much emphasis on the ice the small cup was filled almost to the lid with ice. I’d estimate that I only received about 5-6 ounces of latte. And the drink is $4. Please check out the pictures attached. I only live 5 minutes away, but I was finished with the drink by the time I reached my home. The egg whites were very tasty, but I’m dissatisfied with how much ice was in the latte. If you go here for an iced drink, ask for light ice.

I have been craving maple glazed donuts from Dunkin all night while I was at work. So I decided to make a stop at the location at 1520 Main St. in Duncan South Carolina to get my fix. I ordered a small black coffee a four maple glaze donuts.. When the young lady handed me the bag it was wet and my coffee lid wasn’t all the way on and the coffee was dripping out the side. All 4 donuts were cold, and the maple glaze was liquefied to the point that the bag is wet. They arent edible. I decided to park my truck and go inside and ask for them to give some different donuts that weren’t cold and sloppy. But of course the dining room was closed. I wasted over $10 and most of all my time. I am very disappointed.

We especially like their $6 special for breakfast where you get a sandwich, home fries and a drink. If you go on the weekend though I would go through the drive-thru. It’s extremely crowded.

I Placed an order online and they didn’t have an option I wanted so I called to modify and they still did it wrong! I called back to the store to complain and the restaurant manager has a nasty attitude and tried justifying that my order was messed up because they are short staffed. Ma’am…. I would’ve rather you told me the first time that y’all were short staffed instead of trying to justify it after yet another call back. This is also not my first complaint to them! Being short staffed is not an excuse for a wrong order!

Absolutely my favorite Dunkin. Donut store! Ask for Marie or Lelia. You will not be disappointed. They will give you first class service. I don’t understand why this location is not a five stars. They are the best always give you the most perfect looking drinks they do an outstanding job. Great job

Me and my friends placed mobile orders for in store pickup. We sat next to the counter for 20 minutes waiting for an employee to hand us our food or call our names. They serviced 6 other people in the 20 minutes we sat there. When we finally complained they did not apologize and handed us our cold food that had been sitting there the entire time and rudely said we had to pick different donuts because they were out of our flavors. They did not apologize about that either. We then had to stand there for another 3 minutes waiting for my friends iced coffee to be made.

So I was visiting family in Duncan South Carolina and Mustang at a nearby hotel.
I placed an order on the app and I always get the same thing, Large Ice Coffee, 7 creams, 7 mochas and seven 7 sugars.
When I arrived, I asked for my order and was given a medium-sized cup although the sticker stated large.
I told the young man that I ordered a large. So with a nonchalant face, he takes the cup back, pour the medium drink into a large cup then added more coffee and more pumps of which did not appear to be mocha but instead look like caramel. Then I explain to him that it was supposed to be mocha.
He takes the cup back, opens it up and starts pumping mocha instead of making a whole new one.
So to avoid losing my temperature, I took the drink and left.
I than drove 10 miles to the Dunkin’ in Greer South Carolina, explained to them what happened.
They were very nice and apologetic and made a whole new one.
I will definitely not go to this location (Duncan South Carolina)ever again!
