I came here to kill some time while waiting for some friends to go ski with, and unexpectedly had one of the best restaurant experiences i’ve had in a while. Kim, my server, was the sweetest soul I could have interacted with walking into that restaurant, and she made sure that I was well taken care of during my meal and that i had good conversation every step of the way. everything about this place is down home, genuine, and awesome, and i think every town needs a place like this. Also, the fish fry was delicious and a great deal!

The server Dana is exceptional. Food is average, but reasonably-priced. We are always happy when the lady makes our breakfast, she does an excellent job. I have a concern with the male cook, he has a beard and does not wear a beard cover when preparing the food.

Last time I went in I was with my family for a brunch and there was HAIR in the chocolate milk. The chefs smoke and handle garbage without gloves on in the back! This place was ALOT better around 2022-2024 but really fell off during 2024. It’s honestly sad because I used to come every Saturday 🙁

Decent breakfast and lunch food menu, nothing too special. Food came out at a reasonable time. Our server was very nice and pleasant. Prices were good too. I’ll come back again to try other items on the menu.

Don’t let the rustic/campy interior fool you, this place is full of good food and good service. I prefer their all-day breakfast with the skillets and omelets being my favorites. Their lunch & dinner fare is also good and my Mom loves their rice pudding offered as part of a number of meals.

It’s been a long time since I have visited this restaurant. The new owner is extremely nice! He has had it for 6 years.
Clean restaurant. The servers though ,need extra training on serving and conducting themselves in better order.
I asked the owner to be moved to another area. The area that we were needed better training. The seats were uncomfortable.
Instead the new server was yelling how unfair that was. That we were sitting in her area.
After the meal, I said to the my new server. If she took care of us, we would of tipped very well!! Again she said you should of said something. ( umm we did)
I ordered spinach omelette. It tasted good and my husband ordered Country breakfast.
Servers when customers order coffee bring mugs and coffee. The one server brought 1 cup and the last of a 1/3cup coffee and looked at me and said sorry. What? Then finally brought a cup but no cream or equal?? What?? The busgirls and kitchen staff 5 stars!! Thanks !!
Always give the benefit of the doubt.
Would try it again . Maybe it was a fluke. Or maybe the training will be better! Sorry , maybe try to improve the servers. Thanks.

Good place to grab a quick meal with friendly no nonsense service. The food is OK but not great, a sign of the post-Covid times perhaps. The menu is elaborate with plenty of breakfast and lunch options.
