We visited this location a about a month ago and had to witness trash mountain.
We really do like orange chicken from Panda, but we won’t be back. We submitted a complaint to HQ and it was ignored.
Fast forward to today. Went for orange chicken. Place wasn’t too dirty, but after we sat down and started eating, the entire staff behind the serving station starts eating over and around all the food they prepared (including the cook).
These people make a lot of money to be acting like overgrown children. Just disgusting.

Writing as a frequent delivery driver I really appreciate how prompt the OP area Panda Express restaurants are with takeout orders.
The food is well-packaged, the stores clean and well-lit, and the staff are super friendly even when they are super busy.
I go an extra mile (or 3) to accept and deliver Panda Express orders which often include good tips, another sign that customers really enjoy the food.

TL;DR: they’ve hired a lot of new friendly folks and the food is fresh, hot and yummy!
All the deets: I haven’t visited Panda in a while and I’m really glad I stopped in tonight. Julian was new and quite happy to serve. He offered a few suggestions (honey sesame chicken) and it was really good! The portions were hearty as always.
I’m not sure why some people complained about staff standing around doing nothing. I arrived in the middle of a lull between customer waves, but the staff were far from standing around. They were cooking, cleaning up, communicating who was responsible for what during their shift and just overall staying busy. They were quick to greet people that came in and were all smiles and friendly the whole time.
If you haven’t tried this Panda in a while, it’s worth a visit. And try the sesame chicken – it’s really good!

The food is usually good and the kitchen staff does a great job. But the short haired girl working the counter will give you an attitude if she’s stressed out. I waited patiently in line to tell her I had a pickup order, and she proceeded to walk away and help another customer. I had to ask another employee to grab my pickup off the shelf that I had already waited ten minutes to get.

I eat here maybe once in a blue moon. Every time I always hope for something better but it is always the same. Food here is generally ok. Nothing really too special. Fried rice doesn’t taste like typical fried rice. Most of the time the sauces seem to be too thick to my liking. Not an issue if I order something like the teriyaki chicken. I do like the fact that they cook fresh vegetables. Restaurant is always clean and staff is ok as far as customer service.

Ordered a bowl with super greens and teriyaki chicken. Was told I had to wait for the super greens. 10 minutes and counting. I asked and am told still waiting. 5 more people came though and got their food as quick as they ordered. Prep lady did offer a free egg roll for my wait. Wasted 1/2 my lunch time waiting. Food was ultimately ok. Chicken was a bit fatty

I’ve eaten here off and on since September of 2019. Most of the time it’s been good. But yesterday was downright awful. I got the bottom of the barrel Teriyaki chicken. It had burnt pieces of food in it too. That flat black and crunchy bit when it’s burned to the pan. The fried rice was also bad. There were so many crunchy chunks of it, even after stirring. Staff all looks the same too. They used to give me a 10% discount for working inside the Walmart. They stopped doing that. The Dr Pepper was also flat. Even the lemonade from the machine didn’t taste right. I also used the restroom while here and the toilet was filled with huge globs of tp, like no one had checked the restroom in awhile. It wasn’t very busy when I went either. I’m not sure what happened to this location in the past year, but the hospitality and the quality of food has definitely gone out the window. I really love Panda Express, so it makes me sad that this was the experience I had at the location I frequent the most. I won’t be back for awhile after this experience.
