Apparently this is quite a popular place to celebrate birthdays and anniversaries. Our table was already decorated before we arrived. It was a nice personal touch by the team to prepare a greeting card and a menu with the guest’s name printed on them.
We ordered a set menu and chose to share 2 appetizers, 1 main, 2 sides, and 1 dessert.
The bread served was warm and crispy and paired well with the soft, salted butter.
Lobster Bisque was rich but not salty. There were 4 pieces of ravioli and it was just the right amount of starch before our T-bone steak.
The steak was served medium rare as requested. It was tender and juicy and seasoned appropriately.
We finished the course with the house’s chocolate cake and the beautiful view of Victoria Habour. Staff offered to take photos and printed a copy for us.
Overall it was a memorable night with high quality food and romantic quiet vibes.

this review comes far too late away from my dining date but i really would like to leave a positive feedback here. it’s a celebration of my mum’s birthday and they’ve arranged it very well. we sat at window sided to enjoy the nice view. we love the porterhouse steak a lot, with medium rare and it was made just right. the creme brulee and souffle were also very tasty and lovely. we just thought the tables are quite packed and closed, other than that, things were excellent here.

The restaurant is located on the fourth floor of the Sheraton Tsim Sha Tsui Hotel, with a narrow dining area and a large window overlooking the harbor. Especially at night, the scenery is very beautiful. After sitting down, I will first serve pre meal bread with scallions inside. Paired with homemade butter, eat this to cushion your stomach while waiting for the main meal. I ordered the naked eye, lobster, and sea bass. The portion size was sufficient, from the appetizer to the main course, side dishes, and desserts, all of which were of high quality. It is recommended to book in advance for special dates

For those who want to explore this marvelous restaurant, the set for two is a nice entry point. Along with lovely decorations, you still have manageable choices. But to be honest, you don’t want to miss the 24oz Porterhouse. The asparagus was a bit rough and fibrous though. Dessert size was generous, and that led to a funny exchange with the local waiter who took our plates without the courtesy ask. Do book your table in advance.

The view was amazing.
Had a window table with a great view.
Starter was seafood cold tower and a crab cake.
Mains Chicken Christopher and 12 Oz filet.
Steak cooked perfectly to medium.
Washed down with a lovely Italian Red wine.
Presented with a lovely photo framed and a personalized menu was a nice touch.
After the meal crossed to the other side where there was a bar which was also very nice.Staff extremely attentive and professional.
Overall great experience and will be back.

This Steakhouse really stands up to its price and prestige as one of the top restaurants in Hong Kong. The table we were seated at was right next to the window viewing the entire Hong Kong Island Harbour, with the Ribeye I ordered of course, being pristine, and the service being hospitable as they were making sure and checking on us about our experience in every course we had at the restaurant. I would say this place is perfect for anyone celebrating a special occasion for their loved one, with my only complaint being the overpriced water bottles that are hidden in the bill.

Thank you Morton for saving our valentine’s dinner. Peninsula made a mess and Morton was kind enough to have the bar seats available for my husband and I last minute. The sweetest thing, this is what we see as we approach the bar table. That food is superb as usual, but most importantly, they have both the heart and the professionalism.
