I recently visited this Subway, and I have to say, it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home the moment I walked in. They were attentive and took the time to make sure my sandwich was just the way I wanted it. You can tell they really care about their customers!
As for the food, it was fresh, flavorful, and exactly what I was craving. The veggies were crisp, the bread perfectly toasted, and the meats were top quality. Every bite was delicious, and I left feeling satisfied and happy.
Overall, I highly recommend this location if you’re in the area. The service and food quality are outstanding, and it’s clear the team here takes pride in their work. Keep up the great work, Subway I’ll definitely be back!

Looking at the past reviews for this Subway—I must say they’ve definitely cleaned up their act. The woman who took our order wasn’t rude or stingy, she was kind and patient. And of course, the sandwiches were good as well, along with the chips. I would definitely recommend coming here because it isn’t as “ghetto” as it used to be!

DONT COME HERE. GO TO JERSEY MIKES INSTEAD. FOR WHAT THEY CHARGE. Literally I ask for onions and she only seriously put 3 little small pieces and then I ask for vinegar and I swear literally only a drop. If you are going to be stingy with your products and charge an arm an leg for a naked sandwich then you shouldn’t be open. Horrible. And I took a chance eating her for my daughter I stop coming to subway for years. I rather eat a jersey Mike’s because they know how to pack a sandwich for your money worth.

Opened a bag of chips and they were opened in the back (didn’t know) and we stale. It was too late for me to go back to exchange the chips. Also, topping selection was sparse.

The employees were very rude and impatient on our visits. We have been here a couple times (due to location convenience). We will not be back. When ordering they did not know their own menu and were rude when asked questions. Unrelated they clearly do not clean the bathroom well… there is a soda cup in the bathroom that has been there a a few weeks. No one has bothered to throw it away, which makes me wonder about the cleanliness overall.

I need to stop going to this location but it happens to be closest to home. I’m disappointed nearly every time. Ingredients look and taste old – not fresh. They made me a footlong when I asked for a 6-inch, so I just paid for the full sandwich instead. I always feel like I’m inconveniencing the staff. In the end, the food isn’t good enough to overlook the crumby service, so I’m headed to Jersey Mike’s.

Rude and ignorant employees. I ordered a flatbread sandwich via the app and it should be a toasted sandwich and she argued with me because she didn’t toast it and she wouldn’t toast it and wouldn’t give me a refund. It’s not my fault. The app doesn’t specifically say to toast it. The flatbread should always be toasted. That’s how it is.

I can honestly say this is the most ghetto subway I’ve been to and I’m from the south side of Chicago. The lady pretty yells at you if you have questions. If you take a second to think about what you want she snaps “what sandwich you want”. I was with my son and sometimes he can’t make up his mind and I had to tell her twice one second. Very ignorant! He kept asking for a churro sandwich, but meant churro foot long the and lady got annoyed. Once we got it disgusting! How do you mess up a churro? The sandwich was just ok. I wish I would have checked the reviews first.

If there was a no star option I would have chose that! Knowing how cheap and rude the women that works there is, before giving my order I told her I don’t want cheese, so that should off set the cost when I ask for extra( which is NOT extra, just the deserved portion). The only extra I aske for was lettuce and giardiniera. Apparently the giardiniera through her over the edge.
She literally YELLED at me! With her thick accent I couldn’t quite make it out. I tried shouting over her to tell her how rude and cheap she is, and maybe that’s why your store is not busy. I work in the same plaza as the subway. I will NEVER go back!!!! I would rather eat a prepackaged sandwich from Walgreens than to ever give them my business again.
Many of my clients complain about her as well.
