I have come here several times for dates and family dinners out to celebrate. I believe on one family celebration we meet the owner who was absolutely hilarious. He is a character in himself. He checked on us and thanked us for coming. I’ve never had a bad experience with their servers. They are always so friendly and able to answer my questions about the seasonal menu and the specials.
FOOD:
I am always looking out for their specials. I believe their menu rotates seasonally which I love because it takes advantage of what’s in season. My husband’s go to is the Pappardelle alla Bolognese (housemade ribbon pasta, meat sauce) For a lighter pasta I like to get Orecchiette with Sausage and Broccoli Rabe from their specials. I always recommend going with house made pasta! I’ve had a special with duck before which was also delicious.
For appetizers their steak tartar was amazing and I really enjoyed their eggplant.
Also…their house spicy olive oil tastes like chorizo and we LOVE it
100% recommend!
The staff is terrible and very accommodating.
Been there with friends, family and had my daughters intimate Bridal Shower, which everyone raved about
I noticed that the menu had changed, which makes sense as everything evolves. I was delighted to find that their pizza was as delicious as I remembered. Five stars for the pizza—it was amazing! However, the other dishes were not what I expected.
The service was impeccable; they were attentive and took care of everything with kindness. The atmosphere was cozy and friendly, allowing you to disconnect from the outside world and enjoy a good meal.
Let’s start with the salad: Burrata e panzanella. The burrata was really good, but the salad itself was too sour. The mix of cucumber, red onions, tomatoes, and the dressing was okay, but the burrata didn’t work for me on that particular combination. I give it 3 stars.
Next was the Melanzane alla Parmigiana. It was exquisite! Five stars!
As for the Pollo Marinato, the chicken itself was good, but the arugula was too sour and plain. You really need to order a side of potatoes, spinach, or beans. The price didn’t match the dish, which is my only complaint. I give it 3 stars.
The Linguine alle Vongole was good: 3.5 stars.
We decided to try some desserts. I was curious about the Nutella Tiramisu; it was okay, but my favorite was the Tortino all Cioccolato, which was good. I give it 4.5 stars.
I may return to enjoy the pizza, Tortino al Cioccolato, and Melanzane alla Parmigiana.
Solid chocolate without any flour, quite cool.
Staff were friendly and attentive. The only things that might not be that good is the space quite tight, but overall was pretty good!
