I visited this place and was told to wait about 10 minutes for some food. I asked for a refund, but the manager, Alice, went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the service. Instead of giving a refund, she quickly got my food ready and gently apologized for the slight delay—my total wait was only five minutes, including the time in line. They were also managing a food truck while serving me and other customers, which was impressive. Alice truly made sure I was satisfied, and because of that wonderful experience, I’ll definitely come back whenever I’m in the area.

I usually have great experiences dealing with this tacobell. But this is messed up. The reg tacos are like 3$ after tax and this is what I get. Pencil thin tacos is actually insane. Please do better. I dont want to have to use the tacobell/kfc on 92, its much worse.

Kept me waiting at the window and apparently closed for a storm that has yet to hit so just so you know Taco Bell, rain doesn’t freeze until 32 and below (it’s gonna be 31 “briefly” and it’s not even raining- which is needed for “ice storm”). Drove 25 minutes to this location and although they say open till 4 am + employees are currently there …. They can’t take my order. I appreciate all the help + rude employees really do it for me! Thank you so much for making mine and my pregnant girlfriends night! Super memorable experience bunch of clowns

They keep rolling their burritos the wrong way. It’ll be little pockets of each filling in a row. Tortillas are often tough and chewy, and they regularly forget details about orders. I always get at least one item that’s just a little off from what i ordered, like a taco that was supposed to be supreme, but wasn’t. Tables are often dirty, but floors and counters seem clean. Bathrooms clean. Employees are nice.

Wish I could leave zero stars. We went to pick up late night dinner. Our food was terrible, service was terrible, the floors behind the counter was terrible (Trash everywhere). We were missing so much stuff out of our food, we were missing some of our food/drinks. We ordered 6 create your own boxes and our food was not in boxes like advertised and it was a big mess trying to figure out what was what. Our food barely had any meat in it. We had to wait for the food for awhile. The staff looked really annoyed to serve us. They wrote what was supposed to not have something on the wrapper. They mixed that up. The crunchwrap that said “no tomatoes” on the wrapper actually had tomatoes. We couldn’t read what they said.

(Townelake Taco Bell) Alice delivered the best customer service I’ve ever had in a drive thru! She repeated my order to me and it was long, she was patient and very kind, she knew what she was doing. She offered my receipt which I appreciated so much. No one offers a receipt anymore!

As much as I love Taco Bell, this one is not it. Got all the way home to realize my food was wrong. I know rookie mistake not checking before you leave but when I get back and tell them it was wrong they tried to tell me that I put the order in wrong (mind you I ordered in drive through). After saying I ordered with them they wanted me to pay for their mistake? After telling them it was already a inconvenience for me to come back they took my nachos that I already had and just added what was missing on top and gave them right back to me. So now I’m having to eat soggy nachos instead of a fresh order of what I originally wanted. Not cool Taco Bell.

Order my food from door-dash they forgot my drink. The beefy five layer burrito had barely any beef and the grilled cheese steak burrito had only 4 pieces of meat in it. So pissed!

I honestly wish I could give this place less than one star. I already don’t visit this particular Taco Bell after 10pm, because the food is never good that late. I drive an extra 20 mins out of the way to another taco bell whose food is still good that late. But today, it was much worse.
Today I went thru the drivethru at this Taco Bell (Eagle Drive), and the line was taking FOREVER, even tho there were only two cars in front of me. When it was my turn it became apparent. They weren’t taking the new order until the car at the window was gone. This made each order in front of me take 3-5 mins. We were told to keep waiting 3+ times while sitting at the order taking kiosk.
When it was our turn, our order was pretty simple. A #6 (chalupa meal) with a root bear and LIGHT ice, and a #1 (3 crunchy taco supremes) with a root beer with NO ice. Nothing very complicated here.
So, we pull forward and the guy in the window is facing away from us, having a convo with someone else. When done, he opens the window and asks for the payment. We pay, and when he hands back the card he asks us to pull around to the other side of the building and wait in the parking lot. And when I tried to request sauces, he shut the little door and ignored me.
So, I get it. They’re timed on how long it takes to serve each car, but if you’re going to cheat the system so you can lie to corporate and tell them your times are faster than they are, at a minimum give good service.
So, we pull around and wait for our food. After a few mins, the guy who took our payment brings our food. I ask him about sauces and he assured me that he put some of each in the bags. So, we take the food and drive home.
So, what did we end up with? First, both drinks seemed to have EXTRA ice, so our requests for light and no ice were ignored. Something that could have been corrected if we were sitting at the window. Second, the dude FLAT OUT LIED because there was not a single sauce packet in the bag., And third, I was charged the full price for a #1 meal, but not only were none of my tacos supremed, but they were the most anorexic tacos I have ever eaten.
So, in an effort to look better to the higher ups, these guys not only did a terrible job at, you know, doing their jobs, but they also lied to me and got my order wrong in more ways than one. For a store that just spent a bunch of money redoing the store, they did absolutely nothing right today.
Attached a picture of a sample of the tacos I got. $10.99 for 3 of these and what felt like a splash of rootbeer with my ice (when I requested one drink with light ice, and one with no ice). These tacos had barely any meat, barely any lettuce, and it looks like someone threw the cheese across the room and whatever few pieces landed on my Taco I got to keep. Also, the taco in the picture was the BEST ONE.
Taco bell on Eagle Drive is now off my list. I’ll drive further to go to a different TB if I feel the urge for tacos.
P.S. – Also, I tried to call them a few times over an hour. It’s obvious since the phone rings 10+ times without anyone picking up, they arent interested in customer service.

So I ordered dinner for my family tonight and it was the absolute worst. It was $40 to feed 2 adults and 2 kids. I get that prices go up, but that can’t go hand in hand with the quality going down. So obviously the Mexican pizza looked like crap and there was a long hair in it. I would look elsewhere for quality Mexican food. You can go to El ranchero down the street and get served, free chips, better food for much less than this. Considering that these workers are now getting paid 15-18 /hr makes it exponentially more ridiculous. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this location.
