I waited at the window for 20 minutes to get this. I did ask for extra mustard and that I got. I actually had to wipe some mustard off my burger to be able to eat it. I probably wouldn’t leave a complain if it was simply the sauce. Accidents happen the bottle could have been new, but to wait so long when only 1 other car was there, while I watched 3 of the employees talking to a “customer” hanging out at the counter. The service and wait time at this location is always terrible

Yup, this location still totally sucks.
Since Google only allows 1 review per person, per restaurant I’m adding to my previous crappy experience. I think it’s fair to say that this McDonald’s likes to drown burgers in ketchup. Let’s not forget the patties used we’re so old, they were crispy.
Orders are rarely made correctly and this is what a large fry looks like.
When I got home to eat, the fries were significantly undercooked…which is odd because they have timers to prevent that. My burger was drowning in ketchup and evidently putting the cheese on correctly just takes too much time…which makes sense because the fries situation. Lucky for y’all, I’m not taking my business elsewhere….but you will start making my food correctly.

This McDonalds is consistently horrible. The service is non existent, the food always tastes old and cold, they are always out of things, the workers have horrible attitudes and ALWAYS forget something in my bag. I don’t eat inside often but every time I have gone in, the tables and floors are absolutely disgusting. I’ve waited at the speaker box in the drive thru for a long time multiple times and I pull up to the first window and nobody is there and so I go to the next one and try to place my order and they always get an attitude and say that’s what the speaker box is for. Well guess what, it’s impossible to place your order when nobody answers. I understand it’s fast food and you shouldn’t expect much but there should be at least some level of professionalism and a baseline of customer service.

My wife and I arrived here for a quick bite Sunday, April 6th, 2025 at 4:30PM. We walked in, and we were immediately amazed at HOW FILTHY the Lobby was.
They were not busy, the drive-through was empty, and the crew members were all just standing around. The Manager was just leaning against the equipment on their phone.
There were French Fries scattered all over the floor around and under a table in the lobby, napkins on the floor, empty straw wrappers, and the floors were just filthy. No one was cleaning, no one was doing anything but on their phone.
After ordering food, the French Fries were actually fairly fresh, which is why the food got a 3 Star because the Filet-o-fish we received was very old and dry. I have had worse, but not by much.
The service was barely passable as service, and the employees acted like they really had better things to do and couldn’t care less about their job or our order.

We came through the drive thru and sat at the speaker for 10 min and no one would speak to take our order. Thinking something must be wrong with the speaker, we continued on to the drive up window. No one there. We then drove up to the pick up window. A girl opened the window and we told her we would like to order some food bc no one would speak to us at the speaker. The girl rolled her eyes and an another employee made a comment to the co worker, “don’t you love that” . Very poor service. We came through on Sunday afternoon right at 1:00 pm Dec 21.

I have been to McDonalds in many places and I they have all made mistakes because mistakes happen and I understand that but this McDonalds in Vilonia has got to be the worst. If you go through the drive through, 95% of the time you wait there to order for up to if not over 30 minutes and that’s with only a couple cars in the drive through. If you order online and go through the drive through, they cannot find the code/order and you end up having to come in. The food, more times than not, is cold. Perfect example of cold food is the fries and chicken McNuggets. The McMuffin is so hard and tough. Today we ordered pancakes and they did not give us any syrup. Why would you think a person would want pancakes without syrup and no my wife did not tell them “no syrup.” Everyone makes mistakes but Vilonia McDonalds is beyond bad. It has been this way for years too. I know people complain yet, nothing changes. Things need to change because the people living here or visiting Vilonia deserves better.

If I could give a zero star I would this has to be the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Absolutely horrible never have I’ve cream never have this or that. Then you wait in line every single time at least 20-30 minutes. The food is always crap like it’s been sitting for hours. We will no longer come to this McDonald’s

Absolutely terrible customer service from what I believe was the supervisor working the register(based on uniform). She was too concerned with talking to a friend that she screwed up our order and made no attempt to fix the mistake. This happened on Thursday, March 11th at around 12:45pm. The store wasn’t packed.
So if corporate cares, check the cameras, if not… whatever, I’m just gonna stay away from this place in the future. Food was decent, supervisor Absolutely does not care about her position.
Update: adter quite some time, and a full remodel, i came back now im greeted with an empty yet extremely dirty. Order my meal for dine in, was delivered to-go. Happy meal lacked the toy. Had to request wet napkins to clean a table to eat at. Drink station and food pick up station were both covered in liquids. Employees and manager are telling jokes, lobby only has 2 customers.
Manager was the one bagging my food. The problem is obviously not just the hourly guys. What on earth are yall expecting with this?
