Wow, this is the best of the best.
I travel weekly across this country. Try to eat healthy and frequent Subway for their salad with rotisserie chicken. This location, by far, is the best I have dined in. Food, service, atmosphere, people, all exceptional. Subway should try to carbon copy this location if they were smart.

Ordered a couple sandwiches on the App and got great quality out of it. I ordered a number 1, The Philly and a number 6, The Monster. Both were great, made as ordered down to the “Less” option for the sauces. I only ordered take out and grabbed my food and left, but my initial arrival was great. I was welcomed and told they’ll be with me in a moment, the lobby was clean and someone was actively restocking the soda machine. Great food.

I tried to take advantage of the buy one footlong get one free but this particular restaurant’s online ordering system was offline. I spoke with the manager and she said there was nothing she could do. She knew her system was offline and she refused to honor the promotion. She said I needed to go to another Subway.

Solid experience from my two trips there so far. I don’t get too crazy with my food, I order a steak and cheese and soup if they have Chicken Noodle as an option. Both times they’ve been nice to me and gave me excellent service regardless of some of my weird requests for toasting my sandwich.

So tired of this location getting online orders wrong!!! What’s the point of having the app or ordering online, if your order is consistently incorrect?!! That’s NOT convenient! In fact, it’s become infuriating!! There’s a reason I place my order this way; because I’m hurting too bad to cook, let alone stand in a line to have our sandwiches made!!!!
The last few times, it was one thing or another, just minor issues, such as forgetting to toast the bread. But this time… OMG this time: we had to change our regular orders because they were out of the meats (no biggie, that’s understandable, due to supply issues.) He ordered a roasted turkey 6″, with all his fixings, then I placed my order.
After getting home from picking up the order, it was noticed, the roast turkey was tuna salad instead!! I took the sandwich back, and by then, it was nearing 9pm (his bedtime) and he’d decided to eat something here and go to bed.
I asked for a refund, and was told I couldn’t be given one, without speaking to the owner. I didn’t want to speak to the owner, because I always get the same response, after doing a review or survey: “We’re sorry we didn’t meet your expectations, I’ll make sure my team tries harder, blah blah blah.”
Then I was asked if I wanted the correct sandwich after all. Reeeeeaaaaaallllyyyy?!! “Well, I guess I’ll take it since I can’t get a refund.” ♀️ ♀️ ♀️
I was asked again if I wanted to talk to the owner, and again, I declined, while waiting on the sandwich to be made. I said, “It’s fine, I won’t be back in this store. I’ll drive further, just to make sure my order is done properly, thank you and have a good night.”
I’m still trying to figure out how roasted turkey was confused with tuna salad, too! I only wish I’d taken a pic of the nasty monstrosity for proof, but I was too tired, and honestly angry.

Food was ok, service was not. The employees acted as if we were an inconvinece and were more interested in gossiping between themselves then serving customers. Sandwiches were kind of poorly constructed but overall quality was alright. Staff could use some training to meet Subway’s usual standards.

Just got a flat bread with bacon and mayo… ordered over the phone a 6 inch BLT sandwich with certain things. Welp. I called and she told me that BLT is not a bacon lettuce tomato sandwich that I have to ask for the lettuce and tomato. When I asked what the BLT meant she said it means bacon. She was very rude to me when I called to make sure there was not a mix up. I will not be going back.

Just got coupons in the mail yesterday they don’t work. Try it on the app. Don’t work brought it into the store. Got told it’s a problem not a coupon issue had to pay full price.
