Food wasn’t fresh. Very dry and old tasting. So dry the beef had a crunch to it. Noodles were shoe laces. Service awful manager had I don’t care attitude. Tossed my order in the trash. Then took it out of the trash and tried to give it back after I asked why did you do that? I wanted him to replace it. I got nothing, spent $17 and got nothing. I’ll never go to another panda ripoff express again in my life. I went to bed hungry that night.

The customer service here is usually great only bad thing is every time i go ,the sodas have no syrup like they need to fix the soda machine. Every single time & i can’t go back to fix it because im already home by the time i take a sip. This has been going on for months. i usually refrain from doing reviews but come on the fact that this is a continuous issues is ridiculous. other than that,great service & wish theyd pack the food like they used to, now im getting like 3 pieces of orange chicken lol thank you!

I usually go to this location but was left disappointed today. Literally just went thru the drive thru and ordered the plate with sesame chicken and broccoli beef and I kid you not when I say they put 3 of the tiniest pieces of chicken and all peppers and green beans. Honestly would rather wait for a new batch than get home to this. I dug thru it and those little pieces are all the chicken in there.

I ordered beef and broccoli and chicken breast and beans, and shrimp to pickup. When I got home and opened the box , I was really disappointed.
They put only tiny 3 pieces beef and little pieces of chicken breast for the order. It looked like I ordered vegetarians dish. I was disappointed and upset. I will never go to the area again.

This is the best Panda l’ve been to, they have the best employees who are friendly and feel like home service! The food quality never let me down either, it’s my favorite location and they never messed up my order. I am a panda fan, I eat Panda twice a week and I highly recommend this location.

This panda is the worst. I did an online order and requested a good amount of sauce packs. Ever since they changed to the packs there is not enough in them. I did request a large amount. I was not expecting the full amount but at least a good amount for the meal. They provided ONE packet for an entire plate. They do this all the time with online orders. When I go to the actual place, they will give handfuls. Why is it so hard to follow directions and customer requests with online orders?
I know for a fact that giving me the one packet was on purpose. I won’t be ordering from this panda ever again. I’ll just go in and tell them to give me the sauce which they always do in person. Not sure why it’s so hard to do it for online orders.

Celine and her team are always fantastic. I usually only order catering for my office. Recently I’ve ordered for lunch or dinner. Staff is always friendly, polite and helpful. They’re also pretty quick with online orders!
