Well…not very welcoming establishment. Took near half hour as only customers. The inside of back us work in progress but quaint for few people indoors. Two tables outside next to outdoor bar patrons from next to door. The food itself was okay but certainly not lived up to the wait or other reviews. If you have time to waste in area, sure.

Tryed them out for subs. Wanted a philly but it was $14.00 to much for a philly. They have a smaller sub for $11.00 turns out that was the regular steak and cheese with no green peppers. No mushrooms no onions and cooked with some kind of artificial flavoring That really wasn’t that good. Hardly any cheese on it at all, wife ordered the gyro sandwich and she liked that, steak and cheese was disappointing at best, don’t think I will be back there again, miss charged my order had to go back and get refund from over charge on my order, they gave no receipts on order

The food is so fresh and delicious! The steak and cheese brought me back to my childhood and had the best bread! The cheeseburger was so good my son said we should order five and my youngest loved the pita pizza. Maria is so welcoming and the restaurant is a great space for a meal with family and larger parties as well. We will definitely be back as my son is already asking for those cheeseburgers tomorrow!

Maria is an awesome lady putting together some fantastic subs. Her service was great and extremely accommodating. My girlfriend and I enjoyed talking with her and her daughter who is also working on doing really good things for the community. We had the big mama the saucy tossy. The big mama is very familiar to deland locals to the old belly buster and it’s loaded full on a great bun to hold it all together. Get a beer at McCabe’s next door sit down with a big hearty sub and leave feeling satisfied like we did and will do again soon.

We ordered two steak subs, fried pickles and mozzarella sticks. All the food was fresh and delicious! There was so much meat on our subs it was falling out when we got home! Will definitely be back.

Really loved the subs and fries. My boys loved the chicken and looked and tasted like real chicken. I’m pregnant and really can’t eat much because I get sick, but the deluxe club sandwich I got was so good I ate all of it! Over all experience was amazing, the food was amazing, the atmosphere was nice and the kids enjoyed it. Definitely recommend to everyone!
