I wanted to order this on door dash, food looks great, but you can’t get a sandwich without a side, and they upcharge for every side ($2.19 for chips I don’t even want). I’m sick of hidden fees and upcharges.
Owners responded so updating here. The item they are describing still says it includes a side, so it says INCLUDED in the description, but when you make the necessary choice, it adds a $2.19 charge. So regardless of their explanation, even when something is included in their menu, when you make the selection the price will INCREASE.

First time coming in inside. Wow. Terrible service. Very rude customer service experience. This lady Valerie is talking to customers like we are her puppets. I like these subs for the quality of the bread and location convenient. Please, have a nice conversation with lady named Valerie about customer service. I wasn’t even greeted as I walked in . Recently stopped in and ordered a Create My Own Sub. I was able to select three deli meats, I chose corned beef, salami and capicola on everything bread. My sandwhich was great and very filing. I also ordered sandwiches for my family and there was one missed opportunity. I asked for lettuce and pickle on the side however it wasn’t in the bag when I arrived home. Overall the staff was very friendly and was patient with me until I figured out what I wanted and I would return again!

EXCELLENT A++ I ordered 3 party subs a few days in advance online for a remote venue party & picked up. Everything was spot-on perfect and DELICIOUS & fresh! Our guests loved them and it was under $200 and fed 35-40 people lunch. Kudos to whoever is managing this process!! Keep up the good work, would highly recommend.

My family ordered dinner. The complete lack of care that these subs were made with was wildly disappointing. On the meatball sub, sauce was everywhere making the bread soggy and none of the meatballs were cut. My husband ordered pasta salad and got potato salad. It wasn’t a big order and the place was not busy at all. It was disappointing how little care was taken. I worked at dibellas for 2 years, I love the food usually, but this was insulting.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent visit to DiBella’s. There was a male worker ( named josh i believe ) just sitting around doing absolutely nothing while everyone else was clearly busy and working hard. When another employee (a young lady) politely asked him for help, he completely lost it—started complaining, yelling, and even cussing her out in front of customers. It was honestly disturbing to witness. No man should be talking to a young woman like that, especially in a professional setting.
This used to be my favorite location, but after what I saw, I’m strongly considering taking my business elsewhere. That kind of behavior should never be tolerated in any workplace. Management needs to take this seriously.

The everything bread is the bomb! It adds a different flavor to their sandwiches. Will definitely be stopping by to get more. They should move the pickup area behind the counter so drivers don’t grab the wrong bag. They picked my order, but they made me a fresh replacement. Hope the other person enjoyed my choice
