Traveling for a football game we end it up at this establishment. And let me tell you this is one of the most nicest steak and shakes I have ever been to. The food was great and the staff was good as well. When I tell you this is the probably the most cleanest steak and shake I have ever been to I am not lying. And the fastest. I order a total of six meals and within 7 minutes every single meal was out. And honestly it was probably 5 minutes. I didn’t take much photos because we were so hungry and we ate LOL. But I have to say I will definitely be returning and I am very happy with this visit.

These new locations are so shiny! I remember midnight runs with friends, sticky floors, weird late night customers dropping in, the staff confused why college kids were getting royal and jalapeno crunch burgers in the wee morning hours, and sadly the late hours are gone! But I’m real excited for the evolution including beef Tallow replacing the awful seed oils. This was my first time trying the new fries. Extremely crispy and fresh, the manager and staff very friendly, noticed this well thought out location has it all going for it. Can highly recommend the app, rewards program, and might milkshake!

Used to be my favorite joint in town. Last three times they have really cut back portions. 11 dollars and the burger patty looks like a breakfast sausage completely invisible inside the bun and a less than small size portion of fries. Used to leave with leftovers,now leaving hungry.

Steak ‘N Shake used to have large burgers. I ordered the single Garlic and Butter Burger and Fries for $5.99 the drink is not included. So ordered a regular size Coke. Total bill was over $9. So I guess I paid $4 bucks for a drink. The sandwich is about the size of a Whopper Jr. The bun wasn’t spread with the garlic butter, they just put garlic powder on the bun. The service was fast and friendly. Oh and for a Sunday evening the place was empty, 7 customers the entire time I was there.

This is the way I remember steak and shakes when I first started going to them. I love the eclectic feel here. It’s like a jump back in time at this one. Very retro on the inside. Large and spacious dining room area. All of our food was cooked fresh and hot and tasted great. Very friendly staff and very clean establishment.

I ordered a meal with a drink and specifically said, “and a shake.” When I later asked for my drink, the staff became rude and told me I would need to pay extra. I explained that I believed it was included and asked to see my receipt. They told me they couldn’t check it, so I walked away.
When I received my food, it was completely drenched in ketchup and a mess. They also forgot the chili, so when I asked about it, they just slopped it on top carelessly. Finally, when they brought my shake, they dropped it off abruptly.
At that point, I honestly felt uncomfortable even drinking it because of how the staff had treated me. The entire experience felt disrespectful and unprofessional.

It’s Steak ‘n Shake so typically you get the same quality at every location. This location is no exception. Great food made how you expect it to be made. I gave a 3 for service only because I believe that your order should be ready back to you and how much it will cost should be something that they tell you before you ever leave the drive up speaker and they did not do that at this location yesterday when I was there or the past 2 times me and my mother stopped in there after doing weekly shopping.
A lot of places are getting relaxed on see vice and order accuracy and letting the customer know the price because they tell you on signs to have your method of payment ready but they don’t tell you the price or repeat your order so you don’t really know when leaving the speaker if they got your order correct and how much it will cost, the customer service experience at this location has been kind of going downhill for the last few years gradually but the food is what you expect to receive from Steak ‘n Shake.

At this steak and shake the food is ALWAYS good, I have never had a bad meal. I have never seen the restaurant dirty. And the staff is incredible( they all deserve raises). I eat here about 2-3 times a week as it’s on my trucking route and have never been disappointed and as a follow up story I always get their banana milkshake( absolutely delicious) and I got back into my truck and accidentally dropped it and was super disappointed. They made me a new one free of charge, they just wanted to make sure I was happy and that is a rarity in today’s age. Please give the steak and shake your business as they work super hard and deserve it and I guarantee you not be disappointed

We love Steak and Shake it hard to see that it has changed so much. Menu has down sized but the costumer service was good. The place was empty and they were slow. So the tables should have all been clean but not the case it was hard to find a clean table.
