Reliable. Good food. I’m disappointed that they no longer serve alcohol.

A small hometown Mexican restaurant with great food and even better people. It’s not fine dining, and that’s exactly the charm. The food is delicious, the prices are more than fair (honestly, probably too low), and the service is always friendly and quick. Perfect for a tasty lunch – I’m usually in and out with time to spare. Highly recommend!

Friendly fast service. Feels good to be able to get a seat rather than wait in a half hour line, obvious that many of the clientele are regulars. Been in business since the 40’s, this location since the mid 80’s, still the same family running the business. Quiet atmosphere, you can visit with friends and family without having to yell across the table! The food is delicious and a great value, so much yummy food on your plate for still a reasonable price not lime so many of the chain restaurants that seem to hike their prices by 20% each time you visit. Be sure to put Ochoa’s on your list of restaurants to visit.

Nice old school no-frills mexican food. Very reasonable prices. Food was very fresh and tasty. Restaurant was pleasantly cool on a very hot 115F day. I’ll definitely return if I’m in the area.

Not bad, but not great. Took an “old” buddy that lived in Casa Grande years ago, and he always ate at Ochoas and he wanted to go back. We stopped in for lunch and say down right away. We ordered a couple of Ice Teas and when we got our drinks we also got a small bowl of chips and some chips. Salsa was delicious, but the chips tasted “oily” and burnt. My ground beef taco was full of ground beef and wasn’t bad, just nothing special. My ground beef Enchilada was also good, but not great.
My “old” buddy loved it and really enjoyed going back.

Did not have the greatest experience.
– They did not ask me if I wanted a refill of chips, they just took the empty bowl, even though they asked other tables.
– The tacos were so soggy, they fell apart if you tried to pick them up, and they were extremely greasy and didn’t have that much flavor
– The cheese wasn’t melted so it just seemed cheap
– The Chile verde was very tender, but didn’t have much flavor.
– The salsa was good

Temporarily could not serve alcohol so we missed having our margaritas. Served with no salsa which I really love on Mexican food.
