This is strictly a take out place. We got two different bahn mi sandwiches and the sugarcane juice. So good. A lot of people came for pickups, so i’ll order ahead next time. But the bread was soft on the inside and crunchy on the outside. The meat and ingredients were fresh and well balanced. The place was clean and they sold frozen food too.

Busy atmosphere when you walk in. You know it will be very good food when it’s busy. I was not disappointed with my deluxe classic banh mi. It was packed, loaded with lipsmacking fresh and delicious ingredients. It’s a gem and a must try if you love freshness and quality!

This place is local and definitely the best Banh Mi in Surrey! The service is absolutely amazing and the staff are very personable. They strike up a lovely conversation while you’re waiting for your food to be made. Will definitely be returning. Prices are great as well and fantastic flavours!

It’s Take out only, there is a unofficial little patio out front but it’s best enjoyed at home once that french bread has softened and absorbed some sauces imo.
Sandwich keeps very well, have eaten next day no problem.
Hands down best sandwich place in the area, food is made fast and in front of you, staff are kind, efficient and for like 12$ you can get a full loaf of french bread stuffed with meat and pickled veg, recommend getting a Vietnamese coffee too.
It’s cold coffee brewed in condensed milk and water, it’s so good and so strong you will be up for hours.
