Ordered pick up. It wasn’t ready after 20 minutes had to wait another 5min. They forgot my 12 pc nuggets in the family meal, and the fries were so old, and cold they were hard. Drove 30 minutes home before we realized so I called right away was told they can send a voucher in the mail. Not even an apology.

The ladies inside were really nice and helped me with the use of there app. She also helped me to get the best deal I could and a lot of places won’t do that for you. Everything was pretty good except the chicken tenders because they were not crispy enough and a little floppy. Other than that it’s good eatin, go on and get ya some.

Went through the drive thru. Ordering was fast and easy. During my order I asked for sauces to go with my meal and they were repeated back to me at the end of my order. I got my order and headed home(15 minutes away) to find no sauces for the tenders, no syrup for the waffle, and no honey for the biscuits…all which I asked for. The waffle I received tasted stale and the chicken tenders were so small they looked like they came from pigeons. I didn’t feel the size was worthy of the price paid. This is not the first time I’ve placed an order and got home to find missing items. Very frustrating. Check your bags before leaving the drive thru!!

I had an excellent experience at KFC in the drive-through. The employee greeted me super politely and was kind from taking the order all the way through to giving me my food and telling me to have a great day. She had a friendly face and personality and she told me her name was Angel because I wanted to make sure I could include her in this review.

Worst KFC I’ve stopped at. Chicken been sitting all day, meat dry as shoe leather skin so soaked in grease can even eat the food. Biggest waste money.
