I went in at 9:00 – someone should have told them they were open!! Went to the womens restroom- the soap dispenser was hanging off the wall– not usable. So, do the employees not wash their hands? I waited for 20 minutes to order– then the manager bitched out the gal for taking my order– because she took my order! Apparently she was supposed to make me do it on the kiosk, so she got in trouble. BTW- ALL CUSTOMERS HATE USING A KIOSK. So, going to this taco bell ( or I guess going to any taco bell going forward with a kiosk) sucks. Everyone– let’s just go back to going to McDonald’s. At least they know when they open and fix the soap dispenser.

Cashier was nice, But the one girl that made my taco was with huge attitude
I politely told her that there is not tomatoes in my taco supreme, she started bad mouthing about me to other employees and other girl took my taco and literally put 3-4 tomato dices in and gave it back!
That’s customer service here!

Very clean restaurant to start off with. The bathrooms also were clean. The staff well they wasn’t so friendly honestly they never really spoke. But my cinnamon twist were really really good. My daughter said her quesadilla were also good. So with what the food was good only thing lacking was the customer service.

Worst Taco Bell in Southern GA
Do not go after 12 am somehow all there food is out of stock,card machine is down, or the kitchen equipment is broken. Last and final time I went at 11:30 they served me this in the photos. A price tag, clear mucus like substance inside my burrito, and an extra label burrito. Save yourself a trip to the ER and don’t eat at Covid bell

Let me start off by saying this stuff went above and beyond. The mountain dew was out of carbonation or something and they tried their best to make it right. They gave me one from the back eventually but they were trying to make a simple issue right. That goes along way with me. Keep up the good work Toco Bell. Its stuff like that makes me want to come back. She handed me my drink and wished my wife and I a good weekend.

I had the best Taco Bell experience I’ve ever had last night! We had been traveling for about 13 hours straight and grabbed dinner here before the last leg of our drive. I ordered 19 items in the app…many of which were customized. I walked into the restaurant and was greeted with a smile by three different employees. My ordered was prepared and ready to go in about 5 minutes. Every item was hot, correctly and neatly made and properly packaged. The person who brought me the completed order was also friendly and wish me a happy new year! What a great staff!

The manager hope is very disrespectful. I told them I had a remake manager Annette told me come back for . And she said “I’m tired of Annette doing this shit” also got my cheesy Gordita crunch and is was broken the cheese wasn’t melted . Went inside she was very rude standing by the register soon as I come in she said “so what’s the problem” not good customer service at all I live all the way in Morgan ga work 2 jobs in tifton ga . Stop by there every morning for food before I go to one of my jobs it is always someone rude and my food is always not right .

I don’t go to Taco Bell fairly often, but I always visit this particular location when I’m traveling through and it’s hands down the best one I’ve been to. I stopped by late Tuesday night around 11:30 PM and ordered the Cantina Chicken Quesadilla Meal. Everything was fresh, hot, and delicious. The staff was friendly and attentive, which really stood out, especially that late at night. Excellent service and consistently great food. This Taco Bell is truly stands out from the rest!
