Groovy place to hang out with a coffee. Great views both upstairs and downstairs. Well used, eclectic furniture.

We ordered three drinks and two food items. It was almost ten minutes before we got the drinks; my cubano coffee was only enough to halfway fill the smallest cup they had. It took thirty minutes to get the food we ordered; at no point we were informed of either delay. There were at least four staff present when we ordered, but when I went to the counter twenty minutes later, I was informed that they only had one person in the kitchen. The caprese I ordered was good, but it should not take thirty minutes to get a sandwich, and even if it does, we should’ve been warned. Fortunately, I had the day off and no plans, but had this been a normal day, I would’ve left long before receiving what I ordered. Also, dirty rags were kept in plain view of customers who are eating.

The coffees are really good the atmosphere is good and comfortable. Seems to be a local favorite lots of work space for laptops charging stations. Staff so so. The garbage cans were overfull and in the 45 minutes or so we were there no one changed them. Kind of onsightly and when you can’t discard your trash appropriately kind of aggravating.

All around good coffee shop! Their coffee is on the weaker side in my opinion so I recommend adding a shot of espresso. Other than that, very good!

Can get busy on the weekend so keep that in mind if ordering food as this is what typically gets delayed.

Plenty of seating on main floor, upstairs, AND outside! Great to meet up with friends to chat

Very nice location with comfy spots upstairs to sit and relax. Nice mix of drink choices and breakfast options that are better than most coffee houses. Parking on street free before 930am

What a disappointment is all I can say. Stone Cup used to be one of my favorite places in North Shore but ever since the new owner started this year the place has really gone downhill. The menu has completely changed in attempt to seem more “bougie” by scrapping many loved menu items for faux trendy items that do not live up to the expectation. Every time I have visited, menu items have been out of stock or unavailable and I am frustrated at the inconsistency of a menu that does not reflect what is available. There are dying plants all over the place, and all the great artwork featuring local artists has been taken down. It seems like this cafe has changed from a beloved community center to a soulless and cheap corporation. The employees used to be the life of the place, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere, but now I do not recognize the employees and they all appear to hate their job. The quality of the food and drinks is also remarkably worse. Stone Cup is no longer worth visiting; I suggest finding a new establishment to frequent, where management is capable and actually cares about the people, because it shows!

Edit: just tried Keystone a couple blocks down- vastly superior in every way, give their breakfast & lunch a try instead!!

This was my first time here. I work near by and I usually go to Starbucks. They were very friendly. I forgot my wallet and, I told them that I would be right back. When I came back my coffee was waiting on me. I got a latte however, I can’t remember the name but, it was delicious. I will be coming back!

I enjoyed my stop at Stone Cup! I think it is a great study spot. Their upstairs is quiet and comfy, with lots of seating.

The coffee was pretty good, and very reasonably priced. I loved their flavor options! I only wish there had been food to order at the time I was there, which was around 6pm.

The coffee here was light and smooth, while the atmosphere was absolutely great. Right across the river from the bluff view art district, it takes advantage of its location next to the park and the bridge and creates a great atmosphere. The menu was also quite large too.

Came in for breakfast while I worked this morning. The cashier was the least friendly person I’ve met in Chattanooga. Very short and almost annoyed to have to do her job.
The coffee was way too sweet and I ordered a blended coffee that wasn’t quite blended.
I tried their breakfast burrito with sausage and it was amazing!
I loved the space and how it was decorated. I’ll definitely return for the quiet atmosphere upstairs and pray they get a new cashier so she doesn’t ruin the experience.
