The restaurant was clean & laid back, yet welcoming! Came at 2 PM & there was fresh hot chicken & pizza (several different kinds of pizza including dessert pizzas)!! The chicken & pizzas were absolutely FANTASTIC! I don’t like salads, but the salad bar made me want to try some. The employees were incredibly kind & helpful! Checking to see if we needed anything & clearing our table!

Excellent pizza, chicken, and mashed potatoes. Strawberry pop available in the machine (Coke products). Clean and well-stocked buffet. Quiet dining room with pop country music playing. Very pleasant overall and Kids eat free on Tuesdays! (One per adult up to age 12)

Pizza Ranch is a good buffet for comfort foods. The friend chicken is always soo good. Even better than a lot of designated chicken places. There are a lot of pizza options and if you don’t like what’s at the buffet you can put in an order for a pizza you like to be made and brought to your table for free. Staff is always friendly and welcoming. Definitely worth a visit.

Tonight I went in to get A dessert, pizza and the Friday night staff was incredible. Coming from a small business owner myself I wish I had employees Like them on my team!! It was at the end of the night and they were cleaning everything keeping conversation with me and made my request of a late night. Dessert pizza amazing.! Thank you

Buffet is supposed to be open till 8pm. A worker takes away the chili at 7:50pm. I was gonna have some, but I guess not. They never asked us if we were done on the buffet. They were too much in a hurry to get home. We spent $32 on 2 buffets. We should of been able to eat till we were done for that kind of money. We will take our business elsewhere. The pizza ranch in Austin, MN is AWESOME!! Take lessons. Also pizzas not marked what they are and nothing good for dessert pizzas at 728pm. Very pathetic! Update on 8-8-23 Never clean the ice cream machine in the middle of a buffet! Do it at night or in the morning before you open. You charge us money for the buffet, and I want all the food offered as a paying customer! NEVER got ice cream due to your stupidity. If your gonna be that stupid, then adjust the price of the buffet!

This place has really gone down hill! Used to eat here every weekend. But I think this was my last time.
#1- Waited about 5 minutes for someone to even come to check us out. I went to the kitchen window 2x saying we wanted help out here. Fell on deaf ears. A woman came off her break to check us out and gave us her discount because of the wait.
#2.- every pizza on the buffet was some sort of pepperoni.
The Chicken wasn’t done. Raw 3/4s of the way through. Served fish with no tarter sauce.
#3- with all the so called workers, not one could refill the drinking straws box. Completely empty with the lid off.
#4- a girl out cleaning tables didnt have a wet towel to wash tables. Next thing you see is a wet towel flying through the dining room to where she caught it. Needless to say there were customers eating in the area it came flying through.
Isn’t that a health violation?

Called for delivery but they only driver called in, so pick up it is. Pizza was good. Wings were awful also ordered traditional wings and got boneless (2 very different style of wings). Could have been better. Take a look at the picture for yourself.
