This was one of the most amazing restaurants I have been. For real. The staff, not to mention very knowledgeable, but so kind and friendly. Always checking up on you with honest and genuine interest.
Food? Amazing. Simply. AMAZING. It was a travel trip and I’m so sad I didn’t have my husband with me to eat this food. Incredible. Well cooked. Sophisticated. Really. REAL FOOD. Cooked with what it seemed to be REAL AND GOOD ingredients. Felt very safe eating there.
The place is clean. Very clean. Plates come to your table just pristine in size, cleanness, quality, visuals.

Padella, located inside the Westin Dulles Hotel, is a great spot I’ve visited a couple of times last month.
As a vegetarian, I was really impressed with the care the staff took to ensure everything I was served was either vegetarian or vegan, with no eggs. The food was delicious — I especially enjoyed the potato wedges and the bruschetta, which were both excellent. The vegan burger was also a pleasant surprise, and their mocktails were refreshing and well-made.
The service was outstanding — my server (a lady) was incredibly friendly and attentive, truly among the best I’ve encountered.

5 stars all the way around. Server was incredibly friendly and gave excellent service. The grass fed ribeye steak was fantastic! Cooked absolutely perfectly and was a steal for $42. It appears they are renovating this restaurant so I’m excited to see how it looks the next time I stay at the Westin Dulles!

Stayed at the Westin Hotel for one night and ate at the Padella. Was craving a burger and fries so I ordered the cheddar cheese burger.
I was happy with my meal. Brioche bun was very soft. Burger was cooked to the right level. Fries were nice steak cut thick fries.
Beer was good. Would definitely come back again. Maybe I will try the Italian pasta next time!

Very impressed with my dinner tonight. I got the asparagus sorrel soup and corn crusted cod. The soup is made with broth but the way that the asparagus is pureed it has a very creamy texture without cream. Everything on the cod plate was really good, the veggies, the risotto and the fish itself.

Worst $23 buffet breakfast that I recall ever having. Scrambled eggs we’re ok, no seasoning, which I understand. Passed on the bacon because it was cold and looked bad. Sausage was ok at best, the turkey sausage was the best part of the meal! Coffee was strong and burnt. Water was cold and wet, 2nd best part of the meal! The service was great, the seating and ambiance was great.

We dined here while staying at the Westin-Dulles hotel. I ordered the crab cake dinner. It was served with a slaw, fingerling potatoes and asparagus/carrots. It was suppose to come with a sauce, but didn’t. It was just ok. For $36, it was way overpriced. My husband got the shrimp mushroom ravioli. The shrimp and sauce were very good, but the ravioli tasted like they came from a grocery store and were not hand made. The service was great.
If you’re staying at the hotel and don’t want to get out to eat, it’s a good place to stop by. However, if you’re expecting a fine dining Italian experience, this isn’t it.
