Myself and my husband just left here we had two “Different coupons” two separate orders one one order was two croissants meal hash brown/coffee but we substituted coffee for drink. Second coupon was two Croissant two Coffee and two Hash browns. Upon receiving the order we were first only given one order and one drink, then we mentioned , we had two different orders with two different coupons we also handed her the coupons. The young lady at the window had a very bad attitude with us she stated she gave us out one substitute drink and one coffee and one bag I tried explaining to the young lady that we paid for two orders with two coupons that we handed to her to read because she clearly was not comprehending anything that was being presented to her. I will not be returning to this location customer service is very bad.

The afternoon, night manager here is a leader. Sadly, the location is inundated with beggers who prey upon the entire shopping center’s customers.
The manager makes sure her team offers paying customers (regardless of their status) the best service, and freshest food possible.
Sadly, the law enforcement parked there to supposedly deter loitering appears to just sit in their vehicle. I feel when there should be more enforcement to curb the harassment of those trying to enter and exit the establishments.
I’ve witnessed so many weird behaviors at that location, I obviously caused by extreme addictive problems that I’m certain it limits the customer base.
Kudos to that strong manager who keeps it clean inside, and strives to keep her customers served well.

Worst customer service ever, short, rude and drive through employee had attitude when they messed up the order. You want 15 dollars an hour for your 3 dollar effort. If they hate their job, they should quit.

Man, this BK sucks. I was looking for a late night quick bite and nonetheless the chicken is old as a rock at the tips. Bun was hard too, like get one thing right. One sandwich was good the other was stale. Can we be consistent for real? Not coming back to this BK, especially during the night time

Person on headset rushed me to order when I was trying to order 1 whopper meal with customizations, get to the window and was told to pull around like why should I pull for one meal and no one is in line? I just complied and pulled around and literally as soon as I pull I was handed my food and never got the ketchup I asked for. No smile, no thank you or anything. I’ll just go to the mobile highway one again, their service is better.

Sometimey ok, Sometimey horrible. Yesterday I tried to give BK another chance. I grabbed breakfast then off to the park with the kiddos to enjoy……. We didn’t and that’s when I went back for a fresher sandwich they denied giving me the burnt sandwich and wouldn’t replace my breakfast item. Which I really didn’t understand if it was 10 minutes later and their microwaving everything anyway. But…. They refunded half of my order. I will not go back to that location at all. And I don’t recommend you do if your thinking about. You’ll be disappointed 80% of the time. But if you’re good with 20% quality go ahead ruin your morning.

When ordering the person was very impatient. Only started my order and was already giving me the price. On top of that I asked if I could have cheese and he said the burger already comes with cheese. I asked for no pickles as well as I really don’t like pickles they’re disgusting. Get home my large fries are only half way filled and the burger has no cheese and a mountain of pickles. This is sad. Will definitely not recommend this BK. I had to throw out the burger.
