I have tried to give this McDonald’s many chances. If you are going to have customers pay at the second window, the employees need say so upon ordering or have a sign. In stead of wasting 15 minutes waiting for someone to do something. The employees here are so rude and They constantly mess up drinks, and are very stingy with condiments. You have to ask like 6 times before you actually get something. Bad attitude would be excused for good food. But most times the food isn’t even that good. It’s dry and tastes like cardboard

I ordered there with my sister and we had plastic in our fries, we had to go back twice and they still missed my spicy mcchicken. They forgot my spicy buffalo sauces. This order was placed around 9:40 to 9:30 pm, two different orders and I got something for my birthday for free, it was the spicy mcchicken I didn’t receive. I will never go back ever again. Service sucks, they didn’t even apologize. They tried saying we had everything in the first bag they gave us which was obviously a lie as we only had a few things in there.

Seriously the worst mcdonalds in mwc! I’m not even one of those picky people that want my shit hot and fresh, I know sometimes McDonalds doesn’t hit as hard.
My issue with this location is how horrible the staff is. Every one that works there is rude and aloof and will not even look in your direction. Any time I pick up from this location I find myself standing at the counter for 10+ minutes before I am even addressed. Then they act as if they’re inconvenienced to do their job and serve food?

Just came to the mcdonald’s with my husband and we fully understand that it was the apps fault mainly for not aligning the breakfast menu with the store understandable. We placed the order during breakfast time and got there just a few minutes after it was over but our main issue was the staff and manger. The women at the window and manger were very unprofessional and rude. The manger didn’t want to speak to us and told her employee “there’s nothing i can do” the payment had already gone thru so we couldn’t even refund thru the app anymore, thankfully we’re able to dispute the charge. but what did it cost the manger to simply apologize for the inconvenience and be a little more professional.

I wouldn’t suggest going to this one, they get the orders wrong a lot. Not to mention they tend to keep people on drive thru that talk to the customers like they’re morons for just asking them to repeat the order back. Something every place with a drive thru trains you to do, because that’s your job. Common occurrence according to the Manager. Maybe don’t keep who get attitudes over being asked to their job, or start doing drug tests.

My burgers and chicken are all raw, my fries are soggy, all the food is cold except for these cookies, which are fresh and the only thing worth eating. Surprised my drinks aren’t messed up at this point. I’m about to give up on eating at any McDonald’s in this area

The guy at the window claims there’s no tap to at when they do accept it. I pay that way often.
Just went again 1/20/26 and a horrific experience. Did not even get the order I paid for after waiting more than fifteen min in drive thru.
No matter how many times you go; I guess service will be terrible.

I am both horrified and appalled by the staff putting a cleaning agent in my coffee. I was ignored at the speaker and after pulling up to the first window. I then watched both employees disappear with my coffee and then return and apologize. I breastfeed my infant which makes this situation more serious and terrifying. I have four years experience as a general manager so I understand bad days in quick service. Part of people management is learning how to deal with the adverse reactions of those that work for and with you. Making food is easy, controlling the environment is a challenge. It is apparent the staff here handles it by poisoning the customers which is once again terrifying. I would be extremely cautious when eating here as they are okay poisoning breastfeeding mothers.

I went inside. There were only two customers waiting on their food . There is nobody at the counter. When an employee finally showed up to take an order. He asked me if I had an order. I said no. Then he just walked away . Didn’t even take my order. Now I’m driving three miles out of my way to get service at another McDonald.

I drive 10 minutes just to have them fresh fried fries.. this is the only mcdonalds that gives me food and fresh fries. They’re always nice, friendly and fast.
