Went this morning, ordered 2 meals, one large one medium. When we got to the window to pay then it started “sorry we are out of coke!” Cool not an issue, the nice lady at the window then asked if diet coke and dr pepper were OK. Said sure, both were dr pepper. Both meals we were given were medium. I never got a receipt to see if I was charged for 2 medium or one large one medium… this is about the 3rd time at this location something like this has happened.

Just got food from here they put two little chicken nuggets in the jack wraps(3) and overload it with sauce and 3 shreds of lettuce wth. And they forgot my breakfast burrito and when i went to tell them they didn’t even add a sausage to the meat lovers plus frys are waaaayyyyy under done. Do better!!! Don’t be lazy we pay to have our meals correct and done correctly. Third time is the charm never going to this location again.

Update 11.9.23: So I came here this evening to get a snack but instead found myself suddenly having a nostalgic craving from my 20s of an ultimate cheeseburger combo meal, haha. I was all in and didn’t give it second thoughts!
I don’t normally drink soda but when I pulled up I noticed the menu had a description for soda of 100+ different drink combos and I was sold. I wanted to test out something that I was familiar with and could give a solid opinion on. I went with a Vanilla Coke and it was spot on and deliciously went with my burger and curly fries. Speaking of curly fries, from my previous review, you know I love them from here and tonight was no different. As for the ultimate cheeseburger, for what it’s worth, it totally tasted like it did 20 years ago! That’s some pretty solid consistency and gotta give them that.
9.2.23: Late night munchies on the way home from a music concert and stopped at my local Jack in the Box for a snack. I got an Oreo milkshake and an order of the seasoned curly fries. There were two cars in front of me and the wait went fairly quick. What I like about Jack in the Box milkshakes is that they are thick and use real ice cream. The seasoned curly fries were hot and delicious. For being so late, I was not disappointed with my pick as it totally hit the spot!

Listen to the order. Maybe consider reading back. So the request for, “no ketchup and no mustard” ends up with no ketchup and no mustard. All of this is trash now. Thanks for nothing.

The order was wrong. The woman actually told me she would not remake the order and said that “it was not her problem.”
The app doesn’t give the option for extra pickles and she refused to be of any service.
On top of that, the burger was cold and the bun was stale.

I was there for breakfast. The food was very poor the hash browns were so greasy I couldn’t eat them. We had noticed homeless people coming in and out filling up cups of soda that they never purchased there and leaving. Not really my problem but just giving you an idea of the lack of attention fast food restaurant
