Located conveniently off of I-40 in University Commons Shopping Center ( TARGET SHOPPING CENTER). Head Chef/Owner Gino passion for good food inspired the opening of Little Italy Pizza & Italian Restaurant in Burlington in 2007. In his home country of Italy, the art of cooking is a tradition. In fact, Gino’s first cooking lessons were times spent as a kid observing his mother while she busily prepared food in the kitchen for the family. We are very well known for the superior quality of our pizza, calzones and strombolis. We also serve a variety of subs and Philly cheese steaks. But, our customers also love our homemade lasagna, chicken parmesan and fettuccini Alfredo.

Owner Gino is welcoming, genuine, and truly passionate about his restaurant, which makes the experience even better. Our server Britney was amazing, friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish.

Excellent place to dine! We go for lunch mostly on Sundays. Have never had a bad meal or service! Our favorites are their pizza, Alfredo sauce over angel hair pasta, spinach and cheese soup, and the Stromboli!! Heck, everything is great!!

I brought my 90 year old Mother today for lunch. The entire staff was so kind and accommodating. We had her walker near the front door to get it out of the way. The guys working saw that it was wet from the rain and wiped it down for her. Very nice! Our white pizza with spinach was outstanding. We also had side salads that were a great compliment to the pizza. We had a lovely time and I really appreciate the extra attention that was bestowed on my Mom. Thank you all so much!!

My family and I agree that the little italy restaurant is the go to, to get great Italian cuisine at reasonable prices. The atmosphere is an all family feel. The attention from the staff was perfect. Not too much, not too little, but just right. Great job everyone.

Delicious pizza here. It was different than other pizza and we really liked it. We ordered the large little Italy style, it was plenty for two and we had some to take home. The fried shrimp appetizer was good with the marinara sauce. Service was great they were all nice and friendly.

In the last two months I’ve eaten at Little Italy three times, twice with a friend and once with family. All six of those people with whom I ate enjoyed it just as much as I did. We had three different pizzas, a stromboli, a calzone, and a carafe of the house red wine. Absolutely everything was excellent, and we all agreed that we’d gladly return. It’s the perfect example of a local eatery serving delicious food at reasonable prices.

The food was amazing but the service on the other hand, not so much. The demeanor of the waitress i had seemed a bit off today. Just wish she had more personality instead of being on the cold and short side. It left a bad impression on me. The man up front didn’t even thank me for my business. The bathroom was gross and had the stench of dried up urine. Plus it took forever for anything as simple as a salad to come out. The sign on the front door says that they make sure each customer feels at home just like family. That’s not what I thought. I wasn’t treated like family at all. Total false advertisement. Again, the food itself was fantastic, but I don’t think I’d wanna come back if I’m in the area again, specifically because of the service. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere going forward.
