I had an amazing experience thanks to Ceilo (not sure if I’m spelling this correctly). She went above and beyond from the moment we entered the restaurant. She was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made us feel genuinely cared for. She checked on us at the perfect times, offered great recommendations, and made sure everything was exactly how we wanted it.
One thing that really stood out is that I have never been given a sandwich that wasn’t messy, but she made sure mine came out absolutely perfect. It was the first time I didn’t have to worry about it falling apart, and that level of attention meant a lot. She was by herself in the line and was quick and everything was fresh.
Her customer service was outstanding, you can tell she truly takes pride in her job. People like her make a huge difference, and she definitely made our visit special. I will absolutely be coming back because of her. Highly recommended!

Absolutely amazing, normally I get takeout but decided to take the family in and sit down this time, and every time I come here the food is always soggy and dry but today it was juicy and dripping down my hand, so fresh and delicious and the bread has a crunch to it. Absolutely amazing. I went to the counter and asked who made the sandwich and scared the guy a little bit and told him it was the best sandwich I’ve had here. Great job guys! Not to mention I came here before in my army uniform and got food and the service was amazing treated me so well with respect! By far the best firehouse crew around!

The food at Firehouse Subs is always good, but the customer service this time was awful. We walked in and the employees, especially the blonde girl, looked right at us and didn’t acknowledge us at all too busy socializing. No greeting, no “we’ll be right with you,” nothing. It was uncomfortable and unprofessional.
It’s disappointing because the sandwiches are great, but the service really needs improvement. Came in on 12/2 at 5pm

What a great place! I don’t think we can go to “sub st” after trying firehouse subs. Very flavorful, packed with ingredients, no need to tell them every detail of how you want your sandwich done, they already do it right! The drive thru is not for this location btw. Lots of parking nearby and very efficient service. Every bite was so full of flavor, we will return very soon.

We placed our order and then waited 15-20 minutes for 2 sandwiches. One of the sandwiches had everything on it that we asked to be without. Once top of that the bread was soggy and the chicken meat slipped out of the sandwich and onto the floor. For 15.00 per sandwich I would assume that it would not be soggy and have some meat in the sandwich. I was very disappointed in my experience at this location.

They are my favorite place around to get a sub, but their prices are a bit high for what you get. They have gluten free bread which is great, but if you make request, ex. no cheese, make sure it’s right before you leave.

Had a great experience at Firehouse Subs! The team was super accommodating of my service puppy-in-training and very kind overall. While the manager came off a bit sarcastic during one interaction, I still appreciated the communication. The sandwiches? Absolutely delicious—best I’ve ever had! Great variety and amazing hot sauces too. I’ll definitely be back, and I’m grateful for the staff who showed kindness and understanding. You never know what someone might be going through. ❤️

This Firehouse is typical of casual dining fare. If you go in with that idea, you’ll enjoy it. The staff are friendly, they have a reasonable selection of sub fixings. The hot sauce selection is quiet good.
It’s not “wow, I love it” food, but it is good.
My only fault on it is the expense to make it a combo. Overall it’s more expensive than other sub options with only marginally better food than Subway.
