We came here for my birthday dinner. We’re not very impressed with our food. My brother ordered barbecue chicken wrap without pickles and he got pickles on his wrap. Also, I ordered a New York strip, and most of it was a gristle. Very disappointed, but the service was decent and wine selection was good. This restaurant could use a makeover. The tabletop was uplifting and damaged. And the menus are very old and stained. Our waiter, attentive and helpful.

The location, atmosphere and service were all great. The servers were very attentive and helpful. The food was a let down. First of all the menu is very limited. You figured with it being inside of the double tree that they would have a lot more and better menu options. I ordered the Seafood linguine, the sauce was very bland, the mussels were over cooked and dry. They literally took one scallop and cut it into about 5 smaller pieces and sprinkled it on top. Then to top it off the portion had to have been for a child! The presentation was on point but the meal was definitely sub par.

One one hand, the restaurant and bar provided the BEST service we have had in years. The bartender was personable and made great cocktails.
Our server, Ron, was truly fantastic. Sweet, funny, so attentive. Great guy who is the gold standard in the hospitality business. (Take care of him Parkway! he’s your best asset and deserves to be so appreciated!)
The restaurant was clean and the atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable.
The problem was – the food. We ordered the beef shank for the table and it came out dry and shredded like pulled pork. Crispy in places. The worst beef I’ve had in my life to be honest and it was 135.00 for the beef alone. The texture indicated it was precooked and then reheated – a lot! The menu says it serves 2-4 and comes with a side. I assumed that meant it would be a side large enough to feed 2 to 4 people too. We chose loaded mashed potatoes. They arrived in a tiny skillet and the portion was big enough for 2 people max. Probably 1.5 people realistically. Way too small! They were semi warm and had a texture that says they were pre-mashed and then reheated before they were brought out.
The ENTIRE meal just tasted like old, overcooked leftovers.
With drinks, salads etc. our meal came to $297.00 and it tasted like it was a few days old, microwaved left overs.
The best food we received was the bread, which was DELICIOUS but $300 (plus tip on top) is a lot to pay just for really good bread!
400.00 later and disappointed , we didn’t complain because our wonderful server Ron would have had to be the middleman, and we didn’t want him to feel bad or have to apologize for whatever happened in the kitchen because he truly made our night and none of our disappointment had anyt6tindo with him.
Ron, thank you for taking great care of us and for the laughs and the wonderful service. We loved our time with you.

Nice place to eat with a slight view of the river on the back patio. The food was great and a good atmosphere sitting outside but the server was a little unattentive but we didn’t stay too long.

Angela, Sandra, and Bill were great during our experience. The location of this restaurant in the double tree has a great view over the river Niagara. The time of year I was there, I could see ice flows. They gave great recommendations for local flavor and where where great places to go. Sandra went the extra mile to make our experience very pleasant. We had a great anniversary and much of that was thanks to her.
Angela was sweet to work with and Bill was full of stories. It’s why I like to sit in bars to hears what’s up locally.
The food was great. Dude the bake potato is huge two of those could make a potato salad. The appetizer were really good do were the sandwiches and the breakfast menu was great. Breakfast stayed with me all morning enough to do a good 3 mile walk and be fine.
Thier service and the hotel staff an amenities is why I’ll book with Hilton brands again.

The service was really great. The atmosphere was so nice they had a live band and people was dancing to the music. As for the food, it was so tasty it was cooked to perfection. The combination of sauces and the seafood and meat was like none other I have ever tasted. If I ever go to New York again that’s the place I’m going to eat in and the prices wasn’t that bad especially for the amount of food that was brought to us.

Atmosphere was nice and comfortable. The food presentation was great as well. The service was hit and miss. Our server neglected our table, other servers were being very nice and attentive. We were never asked how we were doing until I asked for the check (which I had to hunt down myself). Everyone was nice, however, customer service is quite clearly not a priority. I would not recommend this place if there is another option. Convenient location since it is inside the hotel, but be prepared to sit there for a long period of time to even be asked what beverages you would like..

I’m not one to dress up to go to a fancy place to eat. Nor am I one to constantly spend a large amount of money to eat. However, I had that craving for a decent steak and decided to spoil myself.
Our waitress was fantastic! Upon her suggestion I ordered the bourbon & filet flight. The food presentation was perfect for each item ordered. Each filet was cooked differently & paired with a different bourbon. With each bite and sip, all I could keep saying is wow! I kept saying wow while eating the loaded mashed potatoes and until I finished the peanut butter dream pie for dessert.
