terrible costumer service had me standing at the counter watching them talking doing nothing for 20 mins before anybody came up to greet me and when they did greet me they didn’t apologise for the wait or anything they were just disrespectful all around the foods good but not good enough to deal with that kinda customer service

The food was really good, I got the BBQ dipped chicken and it was delicious. Also the management does a great job, I had and order that was wrong and the manager made it right. KFC is alot better than Popeyes.

Had to drive back 30 mins after getting home and realizing that my biscuits that came with the meal had been forgotten I tried calling and the first time it rang for a bit and hung up and then the next 2 times didnt ring at all and wasn’t even offered a dessert or a couple extra biscuits for the inconvenience and felt rushed out by the assistant manager…the food was good but the fact my biscuits got forgotten and had to drive back was a little irritating

Ordered a famous bowl. Paid $9.16 for 4 pieces of meat. What happen to them loading it up? I could have made this way better at home for less than $4. Not to mention there Dr. pepper taste like carb. Never going back, waste of money. I do give it to them for being fast, probably why I got 4 little chicken nuggets.

I would give this place ZERO stars if possible. For no reason should your front counter hostess tell me 3 different times “be with you in a moment.” And continue to leave the front counter neglected for 15 minutes. No order could even be placed due to her simply ignoring customers up front. I’m very surprised by the lack of care she showed.

This KFC has been around for a long time! Service is pretty good. I usually get the $5 meal of a famous bowl, cookie, and a drink. They honestly have some of the best (but still overpriced) lemonade of any fast food restaurant. They open at 10am which is a little later than I like, but overall it’s good timing for (an early) lunch or (a late) dinner since they close at 10pm. Most of the time that we order a meal they offer a small side for $1. Everything is cooked well and tastes good. This is also one of the most clean fast food places in the area.

I stopped there yesterday to place an order and I waited for five minutes because the person in charge of taking the order was outside and her treatment was bad.. I paid $67 there and the food was very stale. I will not come back again..
