Wow! What an experience we had! My son had told me about Zaxby’s from when he drove otr. And this place definitely was hitting. From the manager personally taking our orders to the different varieties of wings, tenders and sauces! Magnificent! If you ever get a chance stop in you will thank me later lol.

Worst Zaxbys ever. Ordered from the app. Didn’t get sauces, the fries were not seasoned , and the toast should have been a piece of bread.. barely toasted. Ordered 2 diet cokes and 2 coke zeros. Received all 4 diet cokes. Asked for no ice in one and got ice.

I went to the drive thru the girl on the headset was super nice take the order everything was good then I got to the window and the guy was speaking very low and all I heard after he gave me my card back was pull up so I pull up and I’m waiting and the guy came outside and was mad was telling me that I only need to pull up if he told me to pull up and he definitely didn’t tell me to pull up and he said it once OK cool I’m also on the phone and I’m not responding to that and then he proceeds to keep saying it over and over again it wouldn’t hand me my food and was trying to argue with me, I had just got off work. I just want something to eat. I was not gonna argue. As someone that worked in fast food for five years. That’s not what you do or say to a customer. whether they do right or wrong It wasn’t like I just pulled up on purpose. I didn’t hear him correctly. This was my first time coming to this location and I will not be back.

A sad excuse for a Zaxby’s. We’ve been to several and this one is the worst by far! Employee seemed confused when taking our order, I didn’t receive buffalo sauce on my salad with buffalo glazed chicken. ♀️ My husband received a spoonful of coleslaw for his side..pictured below before he ate any of it.

I went through the drive-through to get an item that was featured on the TV ad, but supposedly it was seasonal and was no longer available so I got something else. I thought the food quality was mediocre, but it’s fast food so you can’t expect much. The people at the window were very nice.

MY EXPERIENCE…Went in there today(09/14/2025) and ordered at 5:58pm for take out. I didn’t get my order until 6:27pm. I waited 29 minutes for a takeout order. There was 4 people that came in after me and ordered to dine in and they got their food within a few minutes. A mother, daughter and son came in, ordered and got their food to go as well.
To make it worse, I ordered a 4 piece tender meal, extra fries(since I didn’t want Cole slaw and an extra order of fries on the side as another order. I get my food, they only put 3 tenders in the box, no extra fries, spice I didn’t want Cole slaw and did t even put my extra order of fries in the bag. So I had to wait extra for them to fix my order. Then when they got the food right, they didn’t even put no condiments in my bag. No ranch or sax sauce that I specifically asked for. I’ll never eat there again. Darn near 30 minute for a takeout order is insane

Really clean, staff was super nice and patient with me (first time at a Zaxby’s and didn’t know the menu), even gave me a flight of sauces so I could figure out what I liked. Genuinely way nicer than I would have expected from a chain fast food spot.

Zaxby’s is a staple if you want chicken. I got a signature chicken sandwich combo today. The chicken was juicy and crispy. Pickles add a nice touch to it. The fries are seasoned just right and were fresh. Not too salty. I ate this meal quick. The drive thru was quick and the staff prompt and polite. Prices are above average but the quality is worth it. We’ll be back again.

This is the worst Zaxby’s location I have ever been to. My fries taste old and stale and were just microwaved. My order/chicken is always cold and they have to remake it every single time. I’m done with this location forever.
