I’m a common customer of 2 years here at Moe’s on Conroy/ Millenia and I just want to say Edna aka. “Martha” was just fantastic. Her first time serving me and not to mention first time also making my usual Stack. My Stack turned out amazing and she’s got a good mentor beside her (Yestiny). For these past two years Yestiny has given me and so many other 5 star service. Keep it up guys!

I have consistently ordered from this location for months now, since moving to my current residence. The entrees are fine, a solid 4/5. But not changing the oil for the chips is a massive issue.
Every time that we get food and include chips, the chips are bitter. Having worked in food service before it is clear that they do not change the oil enough. I foolishly keep trying again thinking that it will be the lucky day where they changed the oil the night before and the chips will be fine, but today has had the worst batch of chips I’ve ever had.
Please, please fix this. I would like to keep ordering food here but I cannot if half of the value is going straight in the garbage.

I don’t usually leave reviews but I’m currently glued to my toilet courtesy of this fine establishment. I haven’t been to a Moe’s since COVID and decided to give them a try again since I was heading to the Mall and didn’t want to eat at the Food Court. The service was ok. I wasn’t expecting a Chick-Fil-A “My Pleasure” level customer service. The food on the other hand was straight trash. Even the soda from the machine was flat. The “seasoned” chicken that they use tastes worse than the mystery meat you get from your local Chinese spot. Safe to say I won’t be visiting another Moe’s location anytime soon.

Food is good what you expect but the cashier server was a kid that was just soft spoken uninterested and lazy… store was dirty …but when I was thinking about just writing a outright bad review. the manager comes back and kinda yells at her for screwing something up due to her lack of effort she deserved it . pool for the low wages jobs is bad but the manager was clearly trying to be on top of stuff not his fault
That girl needs ENERGY and to speak up and also put effort in the tables are filthy he is actively explaining she just cost the store 80$ by messing something up she’s a kid but she needs to be babysat and perk up her energy be happy that’s a requirement of service jobs she young pretty with a job anyway why is she not smiling anyway end review would dine here a again…. I’ve been to atleast 6 different moes…this is by far the worst one . They are so cheap with the portions. They had almost nothing stocked as far as the line . And the whole area was messy and dirty . Every single door except 1 was locked and they have been open for hours. I live 4 mins away and still will not return

Came in to pick up an orden the lady in the front is extremely rude!!! She completed ignore me and took care of another customer that walked in after me. No education at all. Another thing that really concern me is how dirty they are. Employees in here acts like they hate their job!!!

If I could give it a 1 start I would! It was 7:15pm there’s no reason why I should have had to wait 30+ minutes for grilled chicken that was ALREADY COOKING when I walked in. The alarm was beeping & the girl continued to do other things letting the chicken BURN. I left without any food & went to Panda Express smh

Place to never go back. Place was completely empty and I think those two lady’s did not feel like working today , we are a family of 5 that we end up wasting almost $80 , to be disrespected the way that they did to us. At the beginning they ignored us to serve us or to ask what we want. knowing there was nobody waiting and then we were trying to get a to go bag and then the other cashier told Edna 5 times the lady is right behind you waiting , because she realized that she was ignoring me. I did not come here to spend $80 to received this type of disrespect. Expecting that people of the Millenia Mall area have some type of good behavior. Beside the place look dirty. Next time better to go to Chipotle , better flavor and better service. Don’t let people to ruin your business.

Went here tonight together the promotion for free entree with T-mobie Tuesday. When I got inside there was no customers and one employee and she didnt even say hello or welcome to Moes, all she said is just to let you know we are not participating in the T-mobile Tuesday promotion. This is a bad decision, clearly you need the business. This promotion would have gotten you some much needed busienss. This location is poorly managed as well. every time i have ever come here the service and food was horrible. Shame on you guys. I will never set foot in this location again. And will tell everyone I know about this.
