I ordered my food from this location, (midtown) and was given the wrong food which is not pizza hut’s fault it was Door Dash! Anyways, I returned the food prepared to go to war about my order and that ended up not being the case at all. The young lady at the register was very nice and one of the cooks came out and assisted and reassured me that he would make my food fresh. I left with my order a happy customer. 11/25/25

Ordered pizza last night for my 40th Birthday today and couldn’t get my order due to door dash not finding a dasher in time so the store closed before I got the chance to eat! However, today I received a random call and it was Pizza Hut! The GM there, Ms. Rachel had called me to express her concerns, Wished me a Happy Birthday, Gave Me a Full Refund and Gave me My Birthday order for free! If that’s not Professionalism I don’t know what is! She was so nice, kind and very sweet! I’m so glad I got the chance to experience this person because nowadays people aren’t so kind! Her Customer Service and ability to go above and beyond is what I feel make this Pizza Hut the Absolute Best in Town! Keep up the Great Work Queen! I hope Pizza Hut Appreciates you as much as I do! Ordered an ultimo tavern style pizza. When I arrived, I was given a thin crust supreme. I asked for a remake because “they don’t do refunds”. After waiting another 20 mins I received another thin crust pizza with similar toppings but not 100% correct. Defeated, I left with a sweet marinara thin crust pizza .

What even is this? I ordered deliver and it took over an hour to get to me. The food is cold and undercooked. The pizza literally has no curst on the bottom. How does that even happen?? I’ve been calling for over half an hour trying to talk to someone about a resolution with no answer. Terrible food and customer service. I’ll be filing a dispute with my bank.

First time ordering from here as I always go to Domino’s. But my 7 year old really wanted it so I placed an online order and specifically wrote “no sauce on the wings” and they did it anyway. When confronted, they continued to tell me that it’s their company policy and they “couldn’t help it” that they HAVE to put sauce on the wing (huh!?). Either way, it’s my fault, there is a reason why this place has 2.9 Stars…. I will no longer spend my time and $$ at this establishment.

My pizza was still hot upon delivery after waiting nearly 45 mins so that’s good if you want to enjoy stuffed crust pizza don’t buy an large also u must have exact change they are petty for the pizza to be halfway made at times u get no leeway even if your driver shows up late and the pizza is cold. The meal was OK I feel like the toppings weren’t enough to fulfill my satisfaction and the pizza overall just didn’t last after cooling it got stale meaning it was over or undercooked overall it was OK.
