Since moving to Gulf Shores, Domino’s has been my go-to place for pizza. Every order I’ve received has been consistently fresh, well-baked, and full of flavor. The ingredients are always evenly spread, and the pizza comes out just right every time.
They’ve been reliable, consistent, and honestly one of the best spots to order from in the area. Definitely a great place to eat from if you’re in Gulf Shores.

Disappointing. Got a buffalo chicken pizza and they pretty much dumped a bottle of hot sauce on top of it. Also someone must have punched the box bc there was a fist mark on top and the box was all bent up. Not sure what was going on in the kitchen tonight. Hopefully will be refunded tm. Not worth $40 bc no one can even eat it.

I always add extra Jalapeños which I expect since it’s spicy. I’ve always been very satisfied with my order and service. AND I’M A GREAT TIPPER! But Today I got no notice to leave a review for this order and I got done SO dirty. Bought 2 pizzas and NEITHER of them had ANY sauce on them. I wouldn’t have left a poor review but I’ve been on hold for 45 minutes trying to reach the manager.

Worst experience ever ordering pizza. At 9:30 pm, we finally navigated the automated phone system to place our delivery order. At 10:15, our attempts to check on the order continually failed via phone. At 11pm, we drove to the location. The employee gave us excuses that they had been busy. He finally found our order. It was sitting on a counter. After demanding a refund for the delivery fee, we got our room temperature pizzas. Would never recommend this location and hope they do better in the future.

I placed an order at 12:03 pm on 11/5/25 and it left the store at 12:27 pm . Great I live not even 10 minutes up the road( I didn’t have a car seat for the 3 yr old I was babysitting or I would of picked it up) she got here at 1:25pm WITHOUT my order!! I tried calling the store and was on hold for 28 minutes and still didn’t answer so I hung up ! She brought back my order around 2 ish with an extra bottle of soda!! I don’t need 2 but I’ll take it ! I will NEVER use this Gulf Shored location again..

I understand that’s it fall break. My diabetic person waited for delivery from 1.2 mile store over 2 hours. My all meat pizza had no meat or pizza sauce. I threw my slice away. Made me dry heave. Most of the 18 piece hot wings had no hot sauce. Was on hold 35 minutes with no answer. I called several times that night and next day, no one ever answered the phone. I guess they couldn’t be bothered to clean or wash hands either. FOOD POISONING! Severe diarrhea and cramping the next day for everyone that ate the food. have worked in food service during busy events. The phone was answered and food orders double checked. I regrettably gave a store tip.

Sloppy, no toppings, no slices, and did not taste good. Neither pizza nor cheesy bread was cut into slices. More than half of each pizza was just crust. Ordered an onion and banana pepper with garlic parmesan sauce but received no toppings. Cheesy bread was diving out of the box. How could you really sell this to someone and expect it to be ok? Plus, had to wait over 50 minutes for the order. Take said it was ready. Went inside and my husband waited another 35 minutes. Threw $40 away. Wish I could give negative stars.

Pizza looked good and tasted good, and was hot upon arrival. Our delivery driver was very friendly. I would suggest using app to order, it gives you an estimated time of delivery or carry out ready plus helps keep accuracy of order. Service and pizza has definitely improved from earlier orders!
