Today was my daughter’s birthday, and we had two of her friends with us. We went through the drive-thru, and when we reached the payment window, one of the girls suddenly got a nosebleed. I didn’t have any napkins or tissues in my car, so I knocked on the window to get the employee’s attention.
The employee deliberately turned her head away and ignored me. I knocked four times before she finally opened the window, only to say she was “with someone.” I explained that I understood, but there was a child in my car with a nosebleed and asked if she could please provide some napkins. She handed me three or four napkins with no empathy or concern.
I waited about ten minutes for my order, but due to the child’s nose still bleeding and needing proper care, I had no choice but to leave without receiving my food and take her home where I could handle the issue. I called to share my experience, but the gentleman who answered also seemed uninterested and unconcerned.
If this situation had occurred at my place of business, I would have made sure the customer had what they needed and offered assistance to the best of my ability—especially involving a child. This will be the last time I spend money at this establishment.

Went to go get my daughter‘s birthday cake and it wasn’t ready when they told me it would be. They threw it together and messed her name all up and when I asked him if they could fix it, they said no, but would give me a 10% discount for having to wait so long. I don’t even have time to go get her another cake now.

My bacon cheeseburger was good but had no bacon! But they made it right when I mentioned it. My husband ordered the $8 cheeseburger meal which showed a photo of a sundae, but when we asked they said you had to upgrade the drink. It doesn’t say that and no one mentioned it. Very deceptive and disappointing. 🙁 But their remodel is very nice.

Overall the quality of the blizzards we order is what we expect from DQ. We had no issues with customer service when we went. We went inside, ordered, I used the restroom, and our 3 blizzards and 1 cone were ready by the time I came out. Plus there was an order ahead of us.
The place could be a little cleaner though.

I’ve been here 3 times in my life and every single time I come I never get what I order. All three times that I’ve came I order the backyard bacon ranch and I have never received it. I always get a regular bacon cheeseburger.

2 weeks ago I ordered a small blizzard with extra butterfinger & extra Reese’s (which I paid extra for) only to receive a regular blizzard. This week I ordered a small Oreo mocha fudge blizzard and it was basically vanilla soft serve that tasted like coffee, no fudge, no chocolate soft serve, no Oreo chunks & chocolate chunks. This place is such a constant disappointment.
