I don’t usually leave reviews, and there’s nothing wrong with the brusters — But I just don’t get the blasts. I ask for a small blast with two mix-ins, and it’s always just a cup full of ice cream with all the mix-ins sitting on top — barely any throughout. and the ones on top are scarce Like, if I wanted a few scoops of ice cream with some toppings on top, I’d order that. A blast should have the mix-ins all the way through, but it never does. The only time it’s ever decent is when I pay an upcharge for like four different mix-ins. Other than that, it’s just kind of annoying.

Brusters advertised a 2 for $8 small waffle cone deal on the first day of summer. I went. I asked for that. Was told they didn’t have it. I said that I saw an advertisement. Then I was forced to remember where I saw it. (IG), and pull it up. When I did then I was told I had to pull it up on the app. Well, I don’t have the Brusters app. So, I was denied the deal. I heard the person after me ask for the same deal. So, obviously, they didn’t clearly advertise that you needed to have the app. OR, the manager at this location was just being stingy, which is probably the case, since the 2 scoops that I did get was measly.

I went to Brusters today at around 8:40 pm, I went to get an ice cream cone birthday cake and Oreo, when I was about to receive my icecream, I heard the lady with the hijab say ”I licked the icecream” to the cashier and the cashier was just smiling, don’t go to Bruster if you want normal ice cream
