Just left without ordering after hearing the girl working the drive thru moan and ask “why is everyone so fat today?” Which caused her co worker to laugh.
Look man – I get it. It’s fast food. But between this McDonalds and the other one in Sanford, like tell your employees to have some awareness and self respect. I’m not even fat I’m just angry that people are out here being so ignorant every day.
PS this place can hardly ever get two coffees out in a correct or timely manner.

I ordered my food and parked as normal at most fast food. Guy comes out with ny food and a catty of condiments! He was very nice and gave me the sauce I wanted. Great job to him and the team

Choc milkshake tasted like sweet strawberry or something. French fries tasted like chickn if I’d been inside I’d have returned them. Didn’t finish either one (even unsuccessful trying to docter the shake. Staff & big mac good but paid way too much for yuk.

Fifteen minutes for two cheese burgers a large fry and a coke at lunch time when all you have is 30 minutes is unfair. It’s called fast food for a reason. Today’s episode is me giving my receipt to the manager and asking him to enjoy my lunch. Because I had to leave without it. Waiting for my money back wasn’t an option so I lost $11.53. Never got anything to eat. And had to go back to work angry. Great job.

Where to start, hmm.. ordering at the drive thru went relatively simple. Paying was simple without a problem. The problem began when I was at the pick-up window waiting for the products I paid for. After a few minutes of waiting, the window guy decided to tell me it was going to be a minute and asked me to pull up ahead and wait. So I did so. After about ten minutes, my food came out. The person who brought it out was friendly. But then I got to the food. The burgers were cold, the fries were like eating bricks and the pies were under cooked and cold. Horrible experience. It will be a while before I stop ar this location. They would have to be the only place in town open, and that’s still not positive I’d try it again. Please send them some guidance and leadership who knows what they are doing. Save your money folks, try the one in town.

Took 30 min for a sammich only… I was the only order Inside for 15 of those minutes.at a McDonald’s thats really all ya need to hear but in those 3 other customers that came in for the Togo orders they were all wrong and had to witness every order being remade or just plain missing something from the order. Its not the McDonald’s to go to go to thats for sure,atleast not until a different staff and or change in managers. Whatever that store needs it needs it in a bad way.

Probably one of the few McDonald’s locations where our pickup order was perfect—no missing items! This was the best online order pickup experience we’ve had yet. Huge shout-out to the staff! We especially appreciate not having to run back inside for forgotten items when we’re traveling with our giant dog. Thank you!
