I love their kung pao chicken for the bite it gives but tonight I might think different. There is way to many peppers in it. It’s not enjoyable. It’s way to spicy. Every bit has little bits and pieces of pepper shell in it like it was the end of the bag or whatever. Please don’t use this much. Ireland rd location

I’ve been a general manager at a different fast food restaurant for over fifteen years. The amount of health code violations witnessed just waiting for my food was Disgusting. You couldn’t even get in the door because the trash can was overflowing. There seem to be chaos behind the line. There was one hispanic, thin male with glasses listening to earbuds. That’s a health and safety violation. I had ordered teriyaki chicken that I had to wait six minutes for when I was told three. I understand, that wasn’t even the bad part. The cashier was a younger african american and he went from working register to cutting up the teriyaki chicken with no gloves or without washing his hands. And then I’m pretty sure the teriyaki chicken comes with teriyaki sauce on it, if so, mine was missing. And then I asked for soy sauce and was told that they were out and when I looked at the guy, he tried to be a smart ass and put his hand into the spacing under the register and said, see we’re out. I was annoyed at this point. And then sitting down eating food with my children, I see what I think is another store manager come in. The airpod dude took his airpod out of his ear and didn’t change his gloves and then continued to make food. She actually got some to go containers and then she cleaned up all the trash at the door and the bathrooms. She was wearing a black shirt, so I know she was a manager. I saw no black shirts in this restaurant, until she walked in. And then dude that cut the chicken ungloved then proceeded to walk outside with his apron on. Another Disgusting health code violation. I’m not from South Bend, my husband works up here and we just come to visit every 2 weeks but I hope there is another Panda Express in town that operates better and in compliance. What a shame.

Uhm yea would give 0 stars if i could. I’ll never come back here again. Gave me food i didn’t even order, made me pay for it and didn’t give a refund. didn’t put noodles in the cub meals, didn’t give me my soda and i didn’t realize that until after i got home but idk 0/10 super lame.

I always get from this location. Great people great service and food. Unfortunately today’s greens are old!! Yes there warm but the texture is hard and dried out awful tasting! And that’s my favorite part of the plate I order every time.

If I had never been to a Panda Express and visited here 1st, I wouldn’t ever go into another one. I think someone needs to get their franchise pulled. This is by far the absolute WORST Panda Express I have ever had the misfortune to visit. They had no plates. Put everything in bowls and you got about half what you would get in the normal containers. The tables were all dirty and there was ZERO flatware in the dining area. I had to go back and stand in line another 3-5 minutes while my food was getting cold just to ask for a fork. Thankfully this is the ONLY PE I’ve ever had a problem with. Whether it’s management or staff it is terrible. DO NOT GO HERE. The picture is my 2 entrees (both orange chicken) and noodles. I browsed the reviews and see an awful lot of 1 star reviews dating back at least 8 months so that tells me somebody needs to fire a manager or managers. Will not EVER be back. You can count on that.

The food was hot and delicious. The service was great. We had the mushroom chicken, beef n broccoli w/greens and the sweet fire chicken, black peppered chicken with lo mein.
The bathroom was not clean though..
