The McDonald’s drive-thru in Indianola continues to have the worst customer service I’ve experienced. Orders are frequently incorrect, the staff is often dismissive or unprofessional, and the wait times are consistently long even when it isn’t busy. It’s disappointing to see this location decline so much, and I hope management takes steps to improve the customer experience.

Great services…very clean …and friendly workers.. the only problem I have is which kind of irritates me is when I’m ordering a medium drink or small they still no matter …what keep giving me that big cup. Sometimes I don’t want it. I really want a medium or small. That’s just wasting the company’s money. I just want what I ordered.

Ordered hot cakes and sausage. It came to me folded up in a burger box, no butter, old hard meat and eggs and crusty bread. At least they cleaned up the lobby though. I was there at 9:45am, so I had plenty of time to get the real big breakfast. If you just need a place to hangout while waiting for an appointment, just go to their lobby. Otherwise, try the drive-thru before 9am.

Got a mcdouble bag, asked for no pickles extra onions. Got my mcdouble and it literally looked like there were 10 servings of onions. They were all over the outside of the bun, the wrapper AND it had 8 pickles on it.
Also the assistant manager checked me out. She mumbles very quietly and is very rude. A TERRIBLE place to get a meal

I waited over 30+ minutes for a mobile order, the girl in the red burgundy braided was at the front and I saw her give bad service to service to everyone except the schools boys, I asked about my order which I was staring at the whole time but when I told her about it she said ok and kept moving, when everyone was gone another female employee asked what was I waiting on and I told her and she picked up the bag I was looking at and gave it to me. This was probably the worst service I got in a long time from McDonald’s terrible. And by the way I knew it was my bag because i only had a mcchicken not a big order at all
