Visited here on Sunday 2/22/26 service was awesome, being my first time, the girl at the register explained the menu and items very well, The chef took time out to talk great conversation!! Ribs fall off the bone good! I had the brisket nice and tender, rib tips lots of flavor, the star was the burnt ends very juicy, tender highly recommend! Mac and cheese I like mine baked, good flavor, Green Beans was a little sweet still good, over all i give them a 9 / 10. Very clean, can’t wait for the weather to warm up so we can enjoy the patio. I’m a chef as well, my review is clean and honest, not someone looking for likes..

We tried Doc Watsons Smoke House for the first time and it was amazing! The staff was positive and inviting, the owner was very proud of his food and informative of the history of the restaurant. We tried the combos of meats, nachos and chicken it was all delicious! The rib tips were amazing , the crunch so satisfying. The meats were so soft and savory with flavor an mix of there sauces. We will 100% be going again! If your looking for a new flavor of BBQ defently give them a try. Very kind that you can sample the meats and try them first. I tasted the chilli and loved it , started sweet then its spicesness creeps up on you and I love that! We are looking forward to next time! Thank you Doc Watsons Smokehouse for a wonderful meal!!

I tried this place for dinner yesterday and it’s now one of my favorite bbq restaurants. I ordered the two meat plate (pulled pork and brisket) with 2 sides (Mac and cheese and elote). The service and food were fantastic.

My 6 peice smoked chicken smelled spoil and my brisket taste like it was made the day before. Also my candy bacon was cold . 10/26/27 . My birthday meal and I did not like it but Last time I came it was so good . I don’t kn what happened this Sunday. I don’t have to lie chicken had stanky spoil smell . That brisket came like that . Dry and nasty . Candy bacon was good . First time ordering it . Did not know it come cold . I’m am not the lady from door dash sorry . I drive to get my food . I typically only review if it’s really bad, or really good. This one is really good, and I’m pretty hard to impress. The bbq was fantastic, don’t really even need sauce. Lean, tender, moist and flavorful. Had the turkey, brisket, and back ribs combo. Ribs were not quite fall off the bone. Close, but still had that chewy structure which is perfect. The potato salad is really interesting, shredded not cubed. They were out of the green beans I wanted, so tried the chili. Outstanding! Vinegary and loaded with nice veggies. Cornbread was sweet and crumbly, home made. Staff was polite and quick, brought my order to me. It was truly a lot of meat for the price. I’m not nearby but I will definitely drive back.

Has been far too long since I have been in. Saturday special won me back. Smoked prime rib, shrimp, mashed and green beans. Generous 16 oz piece. Cap had a brisket flavor from the rub and smoke. I’ve always enjoyed my visits here and need to get back again soon.

Had chicken sandwich and pork sandwich, bun was soft n tasty, the meat was tender. Adding the sauce from the table (hot or sweet) we chose sweet it was great on our hot fresh fries. Glad we seen it on my way back to my car.
