Aspire Brewing is massive! A brewpub on a scale we don’t encounter very often in the Northeast. The brewery boasts a full bar, table service, and three giant walls of pour-your-own beer showcasing 35+ of their own beers and seltzers. Add in their axe throwing bays, golf simulators, cornhole, and a spacious front patio, and you’ve got a complete party complex. The vibe is sports bar during the day and a party at night (at least it was on a Saturday!)
We sampled 10 beers across a few flights, with clear standouts being Conspire Hop Inoculum (TIPA) and the Revel English Porter. The food selection is great too—the handheld sliced steak and grilled cheese pairs perfectly with a pint.
During our visit we saw a large work happy hour, a baby shower, and a 60th birthday party all happening simultaneously… and the taproom still didn’t feel crowded. But the axe throwing was packed and the golf simulators were booked for the night, so definitely reserve a bay in advance.
What really sets Aspire apart is how intentionally the space is designed for groups. Between the spacious taproom and the private banquet room, it’s a brewpub that you can confidently choose when you need room to spread out with entertainment and liquor options to keep everyone happy. The venue itself is polished without being pretentious, high-energy but not overwhelming, and built for long stays rather than quick pints.

I always love coming to Aspire! It’s such a beautiful spot! Friendly staff, great food and beer and fun activities!!
We went for my Son’s 18th tonight and the food was delicious as always(I recommend the bolognese! )
The only thing I could complain about is the axe throwing being pricey.. $108 for 4 of us ($25+tax each) and the wall boards could do with replacing, we kept hitting gaps so the axes wouldn’t always stick. But cornhole is free to play and we still had a great time overall! #aspirebrewing @aspirebrewing #buzzybooth

Really fun!! Love the choice between pour-your-own and table service. Food was delicious but the atmosphere really adds to the vibe here. Super busy on a cold winter Saturday evening with a huge mix of families, friend gatherings and big groups. Free corn hole was a nice tough with surprising high quality bags and boards. Axe throwing looked amazing but was busy and also a bit too expensive for our group.
Nice mix of bar foods including burgers and sandwiches and salads. Excellent beer menu with a great selection of IPAs.

A nice brewery located in the heart of Middletown, has plenty of parking, offers self service tap room and a dine in taproom, has a play area for kids! A decent menu at reasonable prices and above all more than 30 different varieties on taps! Definitely worth visiting, you’ll find a drink for every taste, and make sure you pair it with some nice appetizers. Plus there is live music as on weekends!

We enjoyed pizza and Caesar salad at this upscale brewery/restaurant. We also enjoyed the beer and craft soda. The brewery is spacious and beautiful. And they’re a Harvest Host, allowing traveling RVers to park overnight in the back of the parking lot.

I absolutely love the upscale experience at Aspire Brewing. I’ve been coming out recently to support DJ Controversial, and from the very first visit I was completely blown away. The food is outstanding, flavorful, elevated, and consistently impressive. The beer selection is top-tier with something for every taste. On top of that, the cocktails are crafted perfectly and rival any high-end lounge.
What truly ties it all together is the staff: professional, welcoming, and attentive, making the entire experience feel polished and enjoyable from start to finish. Yesterday, I brought two friends who were celebrating a milestone birthday. Destiny was our waitress who was outstanding! The food was delicious and the ambience was incredible! We had forgotten to take a picture of our meals, we were having such a blast! We will be back!
