Went for a late bite to eat on the way home. Got the 4 piece “Box Combo” for 11.99 and boy was it overpriced for what you get. Won’t be going back, I don’t remember Cane’s being this bad. The 4 “tenders” were no bigger than a chicken nugget from Burger King. Seriously, they were the same length as the width of the receipt. Breading was falling off and made a huge mess while trying to eat it. The fries were thin, hard and had no taste at all. The ONLY good thing was the bread and paying $12 bucks for a slice of bread isn’t worth the price. The drink cup was filled more than half way with ICE and after 5 drinks was empty with more than half a cup of ice still left. I haven’t been to a Cane’s in a few years, and I won’t be back anytime soon and I don’t recommend you do either. Oh and the driver was either drunk or fell asleep in front of me, the lady working the window yells at me to “honk your horn, aren’t you paying attention”. Well hooking your horn at someone in a drive through at 11:15pm at night can get you I to a confrontation or worse shot. They also were not friendly at all and with a short line, only 4 cars in drive thru they were being rushed or anything. 1/10 rating

My stepson asked for Canes for lunch so I grabbed a pick up order from this location. I’ve never been to Raising Canes before nor had their food. I downloaded the app and ordered the food through there. I did a curbside pick up, where they bring the food to you. It only took them a couple minutes to bring the food out after my arrival. They were quick. My kids were happy with the food, said it was delicious and fresh. I would order from here again.

Ordered a Sandwich combo and instead was given 3 piece chicken combo. I called in to report it, the lady told me she would get a manager to me. I was place on hold for about 5 minutes so I hung up and called again. When the same lady answered, she said that they were incredibly busy and that the manager should be calling me back in 5 minutes but if he doesn’t, she instructed me to call back in 5 minutes. I gave it 10 minutes and called back. This time no one answered the phone. I’ll try calling in again, but definitely not a good first impression ordering for the first time at this location. Also they were out of their sodas which sucked too.

I’ve been ordering from this location many times. I love the chicken, but today I noticed the styrofoam has some melted spots from the hot chicken strips. I think it’s unsafe and maybe a good timing to consider using paper for foods packaging.

i flew in to sky harbor from san antonio texas this morning then met up with my friend emma who then brought us to the cane’s near our airbnb/her apartment.
i mentioned to the cashier it was mine and my other friend’s first meal in arizona and so the manager andrea brought over two plushies for us to commemorate the moment for us then asked to take photos with us. 10/10 would recommend this location (yes the food wash absolutely amazing)

Love the quality of food, great atmosphere and cleanliness. Super unfortunate experience with the service the last 3 times we’ve been. Our orders have been wrong which isn’t a totally big deal as you only get chicken— however when going to the counter to get it corrected getting an attitude from staff is unpleasant, especially when showing the receipt to ensure honesty. Also asked to dine in and they put food in Togo boxes. I told the employee at the counter that I requested the food to come on the tray, their response was, “you can eat it from the box”. I get we all have long days but dang. At the end of the day we go out of our way to eat here and spend money on food and anticipate decent service. Not the case.

This location is never on par. Either stupid long waited when it’s not that busy, messed up orders, or just lazy service. Tried it 5 times now just never happy, food hasn’t been as good as any other location once. Always give me sweet tea when I ask for unsweet tea, got my food home had no ketchup packets because I forgot to ask for them but usually they will ask you if you want them. Only had two napkins in the bag for two orders of food that is very greasy. Service isn’t rude so I would not give it a one star, but it’s worth taking a detour to go to other locations because usually canes is great, this location not the case.

The service has significantly gone down. They must have experienced management changes recently because this is not the canes that it was a year.
No ice, soda machine does not work (they said it’s been over a week), soda is flat. Lady at the register had extra long in a pony tail and nothing to cover it. Overall bad experience. Do better canes management.
