I had just landed in Omaha and drove an hour to Lincoln. I was so hungry and I wanted to try something local.
I walked in and the girl at the counter was kind of just there. Not nice and not rude just kind of give me your order and go sit down.
I got the 4 piece chicken dinner. I would not recommend the chicken but the wedges and coleslaw were amazing.
I was extremely hungry, I still ate the chicken.
I didn’t go back here my entire trip. Although I wanted to go do the pizza challenge.

Absolutely incredible experience at Rita’s! The food was phenomenal, from the perfectly cooked pizza with the best cheese pull we’ve ever seen, to the delicious appetizer basket (mozzarella sticks, cheese curds, corn dogs, chicken strips, and cheesy ravioli) and the sweet funnel fries. Everything we tried was top-tier.
The vibe might throw you off at first, but don’t let that fool you, this place is a hidden gem. What really sets Rita’s apart is the personal touch. The owner, Rita, made sure we were fully taken care of and even helped us figure out what to order. She was so kind and genuinely welcoming, you can tell she cares about her customers and her food.
It’s a bit on the expensive side, but honestly, it’s worth every dollar. We’re already planning our next visit. Highly recommend!

We had the Star City (pepperoni + cream cheese) and added mushrooms. Really good pizza. But the thing that impressed me was how much variety they had. Like 40+ options? We’re looking forward to trying more!

I used to love coming to this place. Used to be my favorite place to get the honey gold wings. But since the name of the place changed so have the people. Customer service is horrible, the employees are rude, they don’t care about you or your order. I had put in an online order 2 hours before closing, when I got there all my friends went ahead of me and ordered their food, once it got to me they didn’t have my order, they didn’t have it ready and they told me they couldn’t make it. They canceled my order while I was still in the store, even after I showed them proof of confirmation and my order. No accommodations, no apologies, no accountability. I never got a refund but I keep getting emails to come back. It’s sad what this place has come to. I’d come back if the customer service gets fixed.

We used to love Rita’s but something has went drastically downhill as far as customer service and delivery. Tonight we ordered 2 pizzas for delivery at 5:45. Said delivery approximately 6:38. By 6:20 it said on the way according to their tracker. I call at 6:50 and just get told 5-10 minutes. No apologies, no excuse for where it was. Pizzas finally delivered at 7:08. This is the second time in a row this has happened. Doubt we will be back unless something changes.

This place needs way more buisness. Greeted very nicely and seated menu was huge. We got appetizers, chicken, and pizza. The appetizer platter it so goated you get a mix of everything it’s so nostalgic. Chicken was bomb and the pizza was good too. Definitely check out this spot

went with my girlfriend, the guy who helped us was super nice and showed us how we can get a discount on our order. pizza came out at a decent time and was fresh and hot. would recommend going for a late night munchie spot.

Pizza was burnt. Wrong breadsticks delivered. When we called the man we spoje with on the phone was dismissive and very rude. He stated that we should have asked for the pizza not to be burnt. Never apologized and said our only option was for him to come back to get the food to show his manager if/when she showed up. Will definitely never patronize this place again.
