Worst indian food I have had yet. Aloo Gobi was so oily and tasted like it had only salt. Mix veg was a few peas and carrots in a pool of oil. Veg biriyani was okay. Naan was like they bought frozen naan and warmed them up. Just very disappointed. Never eating here again.

Sizzling Dhaba is hands down our favourite place for Indian food. The sauces are truly second to none, rich, flavourful, and perfectly balanced. I’m especially obsessed with their creamy dishes. The Korma and Shahi Paneer are our absolute favourites and never disappoint. On top of the amazing food, the owners are incredibly friendly and welcoming, which makes every visit feel special. A must-visit if you love authentic, comforting Indian cuisine.

Sizzling Dhaba is genuinely good. The food tastes fresh, full of flavor, and not overly oily. Portions are generous and worth the price. The ambience is simple but comfortable, giving proper dhaba vibes. Service is quick and staff is polite. Overall, a solid place for quality North Indian food. Would definitely come back.

Sizzling Dhaba has been a favorite of mine for years. The quality is impressively consistent—it’s just as good now as it was the first time I tried it.
Any time I bring their food to a gathering, people ask where it’s from and go back for seconds (or thirds). It’s always a hit.
The owner is also genuinely kind and clearly takes pride in the food and service. Reliable, delicious, and run by good people—what more can you ask for?

So I’ve eaten from Sizzling Dhabba twice thus far. The first time was when a friend brought samosas, and this is the second time where I’ve actively ordered myself.
I’ve ordered the Samosas and can safely give them my stamp of approval lol. They’re the best Samosa’s in my opinion outside of Rasao (which was the GOAT and closed many years ago). If you remember that Samosa, this is a very exceptional qualifier!
The tamarind chutney is made well. You can tell that the ingredients used to make it were great. Like real tamarind (unlike a lot of places that add additional sugars to replicate that flavor). Although, I will say that they’re first time I had had it it was burnt, but the second time It had far less burnt taste to it. Comparatively I’d say Holy Spice’s tastes more consistent but I also believe that S.D uses better ingredients and can have a better overall taste if perfected. My assumption is that the temperature used was likely just too hot when cooking the chutney.
We also ordered their fish pakoras and its got an amazing flavor. This was surprising to be because of how many hit and misses there are for fish pakoras. This is our first time ordering this and it was perfectly crunchy from the outside and delicately cooked from the inside. It came with a green chutney which was legit (I.e. not cheap food coloring). I’d even say that they’re the best fish pakoras that I’ve had in the city as well. A back to the chutney (green) it was great and refreshing. Again, it’s those ingredients that really shined.
Overall, I’d highly recommend and I’ll give it a 5-star. I hadn’t eaten inside as this was take-out, incase that helps.
One comment I’d make is: I tried engaging in small talk with owner (I’m assuming) who had her back turned against me when I was speaking. But that’s such a small detail in the large scheme of things.

My husband and I have been ordering from Sizzling Dhaba since we moved to the area. We love the food so much! Our favourite dishes are the Chana masala, butter chicken, saag paneer, navratan korma, and the chicken biryani. We also love the veggie samosas, they are hearty and have a nice kick to them. The owner and her family are all so lovely whenever we order.
I highly recommend ☺️

My wife and I spotted the restaurant one day driving near our area and gave it a try hoping they had beef vindaloo. They did and it was delicious! We’ve now had it two more times since along with some delicious samosa’s this last time. We think we’ve found our new favorite take out location. For us the location on st Anne’s is ideal as well.

5 stars for the food and quality! We were at a celebration where their food was served, and it was absolutely amazing. My personal favourites were the lamb biryani, soya chaap masala, butter chicken, and Hakka noodles. I would highly recommend everyone to try them!

I called them to order a food around 4:52 pm Dec 20, 2025, first of all the lady on the phone was so rude. She does not how to talk with a customer. I told her my order it was just one parantha and she said it will take around half an hour to make your order then I said I am ok with the time. She said fine and disconnect the call. After half an hour when I called back to check on my order, She said we did not made your order because it was not confirmed. She was extremely rude. Very poor Customer service. Oh sorry she does not know what is a customer service. I will never order from this store again.
